Our experience with Brian Jacobs with Save at Home was excellent. We were selling our home in NE Albuquerque and needed to do radon mitigation after two independent tests yielded time-averaged results of 7.2 and 5 pCi/L. We received three quotes and one non-bid due to the existence of an open-ground atrium in the center of the home. Brian's bid was by far the lowest. Test results post mitigation were 1.3 and 0.7 pCi/L from both Brian and an independent home inspector. The only ding I would give Brian is that we did push the schedule more than we had anticipated, getting the final test results just 3 days before closing. Brian, however, called us to deliver the results and apologized for the minor confusions and schedule delays along the way. In the end, we could not be happier with the service, the installation, and the results. To be honest, we did wonder why Brian's quote was so much lower than others we had received. With such good work and competitive pricing, he will be a very busy person over the coming years. I highly recommend his services!
