I was considering adding solar panels to my house in order to provide a hedge against future high electric bills and to provide myself a greener source of electricity. Sacred Power responded to my request for assistance with an on-site visit followed by quotes for a system that would provide 80% of my current usage and a system that would provide 100% of my current usage. The sales rep was friendly, knowledgable, and thorough in his responses. The quotes were received promptly and were very comprehensive. I did not pursue the installation due to a need to focus on other things right now, but I would definitely consider them if I decide to pursue this in the future.

I am not prepared financially to do it right now. It was an excellent experience. He was very thorough in looking at the roof and looking at what electrical connections would need to be made. He gave me two separate estimates; one for not quite total coverage of all my electrical needs and the other covering everything. Both were much better estimates than I had several years ago; solar was way out of reach and now with the tax credits and so on, it is beginning to be in reach this time and perhaps will go down even a little bit more. He had made very good estimates which I just put my finger on. They were very clear about how they would do it and so on, so I was very happy. Their responsiveness was immediate; I met them at the farmers' market, I had been interested in this for quite a while being in New Mexico where we have plenty of sun and it seems like a waste not to have it up there having a flat roof. I talked with him at the farmers market and within one week, he was there and after a few days came back and did a look around and came back with the estimates. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had; he was very professional. I am considering using them in the future.

They put the voltaic panels up on 3 large poles, with 9 being on each of them. Two different crews came to install the 2 different panels. It took them 2 months to complete. On the other hand, the 2 hot water panels took about a year, because they had trouble making the system work properly. Clearly, their expertise is in the photovoltaic panels and not the hot water panels. Their bid was the lowest of the other company, the other company wanted to put the photovoltaic panels on the ground, which meant kids couldn't play, and you couldn't even play croquet. I give them high ratings, would choose them again if I select photovoltaic panels, but, wouldn't use them for hot water panels.

.They have been pretty good so far. No work has been done yet so it has been all communicating.

They were most responsive. They took my information, and I am awaiting an estimate for installing the panels.

It went very well! They provided me with a detailed estimate before doing any work and after discussing with me the possible sizes of systems. And the final cost did not exceed the estimate even though there were certain additional labor complications. They showed me product brochures and websites so that I could make informed choices. They conferred with me every step of the way. They were especially professional and neat in their work. They dealt well with my dog and myself. There was a problem with the first inverter they installed (some sort of factory defect), but they replaced it immediately with one they had operating at their own site and then replaced that one with the new one as soon as it came from the manufacturer. I was generating electricity from the minute they had completed the system. They worked well with the roofing company that had to do various things between the various steps of installing the PV system. This could have been a problem, but it wasn't!
