Description of Work: Mark diagnosed a problem with my leaky toilet (hair-line crack in the tank). He replaced the toilet the very next day. Excellent service.

Description of Work: CHANGED OUT BATH FAUCET CARTRIDGES AND REPLACED 'GUTS" IN ONE TOILET. BILL DID NOT ITEMIZE COSTS; JUST GAVE LIST OF SERVICE PERFORMED. OWNER TO CALL AND EXPLAIN, BUT NEVER DID. NOT SURE IF I WILL USE AGAIN.

 + -1 moreEveryone was polite and efficient. They provided same day service and were reasonablewith their price. The service rech was wonderful aixed the problem quickly and fairly. He did not try.to sell me a new cooler parts I did not need. The entire experience was excellent.

 + -1 moreI ran into problems trying to fix the leaky faucet on my Roman garden tub, replacing the cartridges. The instructions that came with the cartridges were completely inadequate. I called Royal Plumbing, and they came to my house immediately, even though it was late Saturday afternoon. The plumber had the special tool needed for my type of faucet and finished the job quickly. While he was at the house, he fixed another plumbing problem.
