He gave quote asked for 1/2 down. I gave more than half before he came I paid in good faith the rest of charge before he completed, I thought I could trust him. He said he be back in 2 days to complete job if I had any problem just to call him. A month went by, I called him to ask if he could finish and told him there was a leak on the repair he did on that half he worked on, I didn't want my new ceiling to get ruined from the water again. We were expecting a rain storm. I asked if he could put a tarp meanwhile I wait for him. He said he would be by. He never showed. I have tried to contact but he is avoiding. He literally stole my money. Had to call different contractor. the new contractor said repair was done very poorly and carelessly, pointed out how Victor laid out the shingles on the repair leaving gaps and exposed wood decking that caused water to seep and get through the repair he did on to my newly fixed ceiling. Looked like job was done by an inexperienced unskilled person who does not understand the roofing process. Just found out, he has done this to other customers. Taking their money and not completing the job.
