Roof Masters Of New Mexico LLC

Cancelled the service so I cannot report on this. I am not understanding why I have to rate the company when no service was provided, however I rated them an A because their email was very cordial and the owner was very understanding of the situation.

I have called them several times with no response. The last few times I have called the mail box is full. I have decided to use someone else.

I called several company's and received bids for both foam and TPO roofing and found all but one to be close in price and reputation. Roof Masters was quick to return my call and respond for a estimate that was fair and competitive. After several weeks and comparisons I chose Roof Masters and contacted Kyle with my decision. He arrived the next day and with went over his findings again and the work that would be done. The contract was signed and the work started 2 business days later at the stated time. The crew worked a 12 hour day and made sure the roof was secure against a approaching storm before leaving for the day. They arrived the next day on time and worked another 12 hour day completing the job in 2 days instead of the promised 3. They left the yard appearing the same as they found it when they arrived the first day picking up all the debris before leaving. Kyle did a final inspection and invited me along to explain what was done and it appeared that they did a fine job. The project came in on the agreed price and ahead of schedule and lasted less then one week from the signing of the contract to finish.

The fix did not work and there is still a small leak. I have called him 4 times. Three times I left a message and once I actually talked to Kyle who indicated he was coming to my area this week and he would put me on the schedule and call me back with the date and time in about an hour. Two days later no call, called him again and left a message. It rained again last night and leaked again. We have an East Mountain roofing service, I guess I should call them.

The owner is really nice. However, the follow-up is horrible. I left many voice mails and emails with no response on the results of the $99.00 deal. They said they would replace tiles the following Monday after finally getting back with me. Well, I wait for another 2 weeks with dead silence. I finally send emails and still dead silence. I finally heard from the owner that said he was really busy from the rain and apologized. I appreciated his apology. However, it has been 4 weeks with poor responses and no replacement tiles for the roof. He said that he would apply funds to some additional work. However, we don't want to wait for another 4 weeks for this work with limited and/or no communication. We asked for a refund. Nice guy. However, the reviews are true. They are really poor in communicating (phone, email, just anything) and delivering their service. You just don't know if the work will ever get done.

I wrote a great review for this company when they did the work in January. BUT I was supposed to receive a manufacturers warranty on the material and after months of phone calls and emails I still have not received the warranty and haven't received a return call in weeks. They obviously are no longer even pretending to take care of the problem. I will now try to register a complaint with Versico Inc. and see if I can get the warranty directly from them.

We chatted a bit through Angies List Messaging so I could explain the reasons why I purchased the package. Kyle was very polite. On the day of service, my partner was home and so was the one that interacted with the rep from Roof Masters while I was at work. He said the individual was punctual, friendly, and informative. However, since the visit, I have never received any type of email or report on the state of my roof from Roof Masters. I only have what they told my boyfriend at the time. I sent a message asking for this to be remedied on 5/30 and still have no response. I am happy with the service that was provided, with this only exception. The lack of report was why I rated a "B" because I feel it was part of the package I purchased, and because I feel like I was very patient.

Well pleased with results. Would use company again.

The price was very reasonable. They were under all the other ones that I had estimates from. I dealt with a guy named Kyle and he was very professional. The work was great. I had no issues with it whatsoever.

I was out of town during the actual work but that didn't seem to set anything back. I'm happy with the end result and look forward to a stress free monsoon season.

Company was responsive and professional throughout bidding, contract award, and completion of the work. Price was competitive for scope of work and quality of materials. Roofing crew was courteous, professional, and responsible. The job was completed as and when promised and to my satisfaction. I would use them again.

Kyle was the consummate professional from start to finish. He fully explained every step and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was punctual, courteous, hard working and thorough. I called for an estimate and Kyle responded immediately. He gave an estimate that was about the same as the other 2 I obtained, but his demeanor was much more professional. When I called to tell him I had accepted his bid, he started his crew at 7:30am the next morning. They were done in 3 days, exactly as he said they would be. There was an amount of damage to the underlining wood, but most of that was due to my waiting too long to get the roof fixed. Any cost over runs had been discussed before they happened and I never felt pressured at any time. The communication was excellent and the work was fantastic. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to friends and family.

I left two messages on two previous days and never received a return call. I called for a third time today and still no one answered the phone.

I received the estimate about ten days before the job was started, and it could have been done sooner, but I delayed it due to out of town company. It was delayed another two days because of weather forecasts predicting rain. The crew arrived on schedule at 7 am and got right to work after letting me know they were there. Everything was going well, when one of the workers stepped on what must have been a broken board and came through the family room ceiling. I was glad to know they weren't injured, and Kyle, the General Manager was there shortly after the accident and assured me that all the damage would be repaired. The damage occurred Wednesday morning and by Friday afternoon everything was as good as new. Amazing. Kyle Schnerch was a pleasure to deal with from the estimate to the conclusion of the job. I would highly recommend Roof Masters of New Mexico to anyone needing a new roof.

After contacting four roofing companies for estimates we chose to do business with Roof Masters. Roof Masters was the third of the four to give us an estimate. They were not the cheapest of the first three but very competitive. Kyle was very professional in his discussions with us and lined out in detail what his crew would do. We were impressed enough at that point we cancelled the fourth appointment for an estimate and hired Roof Masters for the job. I believe we finalized the contract on Thursday and they were able to schedule us for work for the following Tuesday. The Roof Master crew (I didn't count but would guess there were 6 or 7, maybe even 8 workers on the crew) showed up on the appointed day just prior to 7:00 A.M. and were already at work by around 7:10 when Kyle stopped by. Neither my wife nor I had any questions or problems with anything at that point and the crew was busy laying out tarps and getting their other equipment ready for the day. Kyle went on about his business, my wife and I went on about ours and the crew worked pretty much non-stop. I believe they took a quick break in the morning; I'm not sure they stopped for lunch though some may have while others continued with the job. The estimate to remove all the old roofing and other work and install the new was for 2 days. Kyle stopped by again around 4:15 to guage how things were going and the crew was in clean up mode - the job was done except for about 10 minutes of work on some flashing. The clean up they performed was excellent. In the week since I have found at most a handful of debris. The roof is beautiful; we are only waiting on some rain to verify old leaks were fixed and new ones have not appeared. I have no fears regarding the integrity of the new roof. On the off chance there is a future problem I also have no fears. I'm confidant Kyle and his workers will take care of it as soon as they are notified.I would strongly recomment anyone in the Rio Rancho or nearby areas call Roof Master roof repairs or replacement work.

They came out very quickly and promptly. Gave good, accurate quotes, cleaned up well. I was very satisfied with the overall work. Added a warranty on the roof as well.

The roofers showed up promptly on the 8th at 7:00am as promised and completed the reroof and cooler replacement in approximately 9hrs. The roof job looked good but the reason I gave them a B rating is because the cooler installation was done so hurriedly that they scratched up the cooler on the side draft side when they hooked it to the vent that goes into the house they also pushed the side pannels in some and i had to take off the top of the cooler and push the side pannels back out but could get them completely pushed backed. When they were almost done with the roof I noticed that there was a lot of plastic strips that went every where that came off the old shingles when they tore them off the roof. I told Kyle about this and he told the roofers to pick them up before he left the job. The roofer left 25 mins later and didn't pick up any of the plastic strips as told and I had to walk around all sides of the house and pick them up my self.

My wife and I would recommend Roof Masters of New Mexico, LLC, to everyone who needs a roofer. As stated above, Kyle, the general manager, was a great leader of his team. The team members were themselves polite and very professional. I never imagined roofers being so timely and competent. The clean up around the house was performed well. The huge trailer for catching the old roofs (2 were on the home already) was expertly parked, and once moved, Kyle swept the concrete driveway free of asphalt and the odd shingle. This was our first experience in having a home re-roofed. One of his men accidentally put his leg through the ceiling of our sunroom (the only flat roof on the house), and Kyle, being a General Contractor, made expert repairs to the inside of the sunroom...we can't even tell there was ever a problem. Kyle always answered his Cell phone promptly every time we called him, and was very open to questions and concerns. One would not even know he was managing several jobs at once. We felt special, and the focus of his efforts. We would heartily recommend Kyle and his crew(s) to anyone who needs the services of a roofing company. From start to finish, the job was excellent.

The wind damaged my roof severely on 3/18/2012. I read the other member's post about Kyle not keeping appointments (twice), but went ahead and made the appointment for an estimate anyway. Kyle never came over, called me or e-mailed me. I still haven't heard from him. It seems like abusing a potential customer's time is a habit of Kyle's. I won't trust a man who can't even keep appointments to build me a roof. My time is valuable to me but apparently means nothing to Kyle or Roofmasters

I had 3 bids for a new roof. Roof Masters, wasn't the ~most economical~, but we knew we wanted more expensive materials going with a TPO Roof. The time came when we signed the contract and had a date to start. They were punctual and the crew started their work. We had a couple of "unexpected" situation, due to normal wear and tear of the ~old~ roof plus a considerable section was not ~properly assemble correctly~ when we had the tar roof replaced some years back by Right Way Roofing. Roof Masters, were asked to totally replace that section of roof, something that took more time and due to that, their schedule was interrupted. With a great attitude, they would ~fix~ the problem and I was reminded that they wouldn't be able to finish on time. Because, when the contract was made, there was an estimate and a finish date. Naturally, we didn't ~care~ and were appreciative of the honesty. The job was completed and checked and it was not until we were all happy with the finish product, the rest of the money was paid. Roof Masters performed to what they said they would, they used the best materials for the roof and felt proud of their job. We are very happy customers.

We had an leak in the garage and suspected it was a bad roof and got estimates from several roof companies. All but roof masters told us that we needed an entire new roof. Kyle with roof masters of New Mexico inspected the roof and determined that the roof was sound and not in need of a total redo. He advised us to see if we could find a little hole (we have a flat roof with TPO) We found the hole and it was no where near the area we suspected. Had we gone with one of the other companies, they would have replaced a roof in another section of our garage and missed the hole that was doing the damage, at a cost of 3-4K!! Kyle came out and patched the hole, fixed a couple of other spots and took care of another leak in one of our canali. He and his helper spent about 2 hours taking care of things at a thenth of the cost. I appreciated Kyle's honesty about what we needed. Granted we will need to replace our roof at some point, and Roof Masters of New Mexico is who we will call to do the job!!!

They came out to do the quote an they were very professional.

My experience with them was okay. One of the employees was exceedingly rude. The other thing that I didn't like about them was that they climbed on my roof even without bothering to knock on my door and telling me that they are going to do it. As far as I know they did quality work.

Having had a complete re roofing done this past week I am pleased to report that the entire experience of hiring Roof Masters for the job was outstanding. Kyle Schnerch was a consummate professional, friendly and arrived for the estimate as promised. His sizable and expert crew were on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was confident that Kyle was supervising the job during the entire time. The site was left so clean that you could not even tell they had been there. I highly recommend Roof Masters.

Kyle returned after the workers were gone and check how everything looked. Good job.
