 + -1 moreI had to call them back several times and had to clean up a lot of the debris myself. Now there's a subcontracted company calling to tell me there's a lien on my home because he hasn't paid his workers.
Description of Work: They did a complete roof replacement.

 + -1 moreDavid delivered exactly what he promised. Oh yeah, this is important, the work is guaranteed for 1 year! I don't think most roofers offer that with their repair work.
Description of Work: Several areas of my roof needed repair, including around 2 skylights. David's examination of the problems and explanations were thorough. He answered all my questions, even when I asked them more than once. The cost was a little higher than another estimate I got, but David explained why--better quality materials and the quality of the repair. My roof was repaired, not just patched. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they even fixed a crack in my stucco that I was worried about because they "were here and they had the materials on hand."

 + -1 moreI called 3 companies(all from Angie's list) for bids. Yoder was the most expensive, almost double of others. But we hired him to do the work because he was the most professional. We won't know till it rains but we are happy w/ every other aspect of dealing w/ him. He did give us a warranty and he did have references. The other companies I called(also from Angie's list) were guys who had just bought the company name and this would have been their first job under the company's name.
Description of Work: Repair and reseal canales.

 + 0 moreWe haven't had any leaks since, so it looks good to me.
Description of Work: They repaired a leak under our walking deck where the water was leaking down into the kitchen below. The company removed the deck, laid down a new liner, replaced the deck, and added a gutter above the deck to direct the water coming down from the roof above.
