ignWe worked with Mariama and Ron, they were attentive and true professionals. I took a picture of a much larger and expensive home because I liked the look and feel of the elevation and asked them to make my little house (2000 sq. ft.) look like it .... THEY NAILED IT!!! We are almost complete with the building process and we love how our house looks!!!

I waited about 30 minutes for a designer that never showed. Finally they had another very helpful, friendly and polite lady help. It took her and lt;10 minutes to find the drawing and put the pool in. I about had a heart attack when he said it'd cost $200. That equates to $1200/hr. Tried to reason with him but it was basically "take it or leave it". He knows when he has you over a barrel and gladly takes adavantage. I'd recommend caution or a fat wallet in doing business here.

I took some computer-drawn plans to Ron Montoya to help me complete the design and create a set of blueprints. Had the design been done by an architect, Ron's blueprints would have been perfect, but since I needed him to complete the details of the plan, we had issues. The ceiling was the the wrong height, switches were placed in inconvenient places, doors were drawn opening in the wrong direction, and incorrect windows were included. The bathroom included a walk-in, rounded glass block shower and that was drawn incorrectly. The designs did include all the necessary pages (elevations, concrete details, etc.) and I was grateful for that. With the help of my contractor, we worked around the flaws, and even though there are some details i would change, overall, the plans worked. Considering the price, I got what I paid for. If I ever build again, I will have a professional design the project so all the details are correct and then have Ron produce the blueprints.

It was an excellent experience. We spent about $500. They drew up architectural plans for an addition to our house. They were excellent folks to work with. We will use this company in the future.

Ron is amazing. In less than 30 minutes he drew our plan on his computer with all the details needed for building. The initial blueprints were ready in a few hours, and he provided multiple copies at no extra charge.
