All aspects of the process went extremely smooth. All aspects of the process evidenced a staff which was knowledgeable, technically competent, courteous, prompt, responsive, and rendering services with great attention to detail. Am also very impressed and highly satisfied with the quality and appearance of the finished product.

All went well despite some changes that we made in our choice of granite and top configuration. RMS was patient and helpful getting all taken care of in an efficient and timely manner. The salesperson, Karen R., that we worked with was particularly patient, helpful and most especially knowledgeable. She helped tremendously in planning backsplash and paint coordination. All together a satisfying experience.

Went extremely well. From beginning to end, RMS did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Everyone was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. They did a professional job and installed a quality product in a timely fashion. That is all I require from a business for me to be a loyal customer!

The project went very smoothly thanks primarily to Karen, the RMS sales representative, who worked with me. She was extremely professional and very helpful from the beginning to the end of the project. Karen went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the granite that I wanted. She patiently worked with me on the design issues and made the overall experience very positive. The guys that did the installation also were very professional and clearly had a lot of experience. They worked carefully and efficiently and did a fantastic job. Just as a family member referred me to RMS, I will refer others to this company.

It was wonderful! They were very careful not to damage my existing backsplash and I'm very grateful for that. I'm very happy with the job that they did.

Went by the Store on a Saturday, about 10 minutes before they closed. The door was already locked. A man came to the door and told me to come back another day. I think if they are going to post a closing time, they should keep it. I will not come back.

Rocky Mountain Stone is absolutely awesome. Our sales rep, Karen was extremely knowledgeable with the product line, and took the time to go over the various options. In the end, we got the product that was perfect for our kitchen. I can't say enough great things about the service we got.

They did a really good work. I looked at a lot of houses, but I haven't seen countertops that I like better, fit better, or installed better.

Our kitchen cabinet supplier had originally given us a quote for granite based on their in-store samples. When we went to see the sample we picked in person, we changed our minds. Subsequently, we went to Superior Granite and found a granite we liked. However, our kitchen supplier now gave us a quote well over anything like a fair price. Using Angie's List, I contacted Rocky Mountain Stone, and was able to use the same granite we had picked out but at a much, much better price! They were certainly much more professional than their competition in design, preparation, installation and followup. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a countertop.

I've been pleased with the counter tops Rocky Mountain Stone Co. Inc. put in. Their prices were a little high. They were here on time. They were prompt. The guys who put in the counter tops did an excellent job. I had a minor issue with a couple of areas being dull. They came right out and polished it for me. It looked fine. Overall, I was very happy with the counter tops.

Overall experience was very good and price was very competitive.

Their initial estimate emailed accurate (no surprises). The installers arrived on time and the whole process took exactly the time they had estimated. They also arranged for the appliances (sink, cooktop,etc) to be installed the same day as the granite. Overall the process went very smoothly.the staff was very friendly and professional.

We met Karen at the show room with the design plans and pictures of our kitchen, a cabinet door and floor tile. She made a wide range of recommendations and we selected a color and type of edge. She was able to give us an exact estimate at that time because we had the design plans. The old counter top was removed. RMS came out and made accurate measurements for the new counter top. 5 working days later they came back and installed the new counter top. They were prompt and arrived when they said they would, were careful not to make too much of a mess and were courteous.

They have the best selection of marble and granite in Albuquerque (maybe even Santa Fe). There was a slight error in measurement, which they immediately corrected to my satisfaction. Pricey but beautiful -- well worth the cost..

We did a major remodeling about four years ago. We decided to purchase our granite countertops through Rocky Mountain Stone, because of their reputation and longevity in the market. The whole process, from concept through installation was positive. After discussing what we wanted to accomplish, they were helpful in offering suggestions. Steve took us on a tour of their granite yard, where we had a lot of choices in color, type of granite, and price range. We personally picked out our stone - two slabs. Steve noted the natural "imperfections' that Mother Nature provides in natural stone, and guided us toward two slabs that would be a good match in the kitchen. The crew came out a measured, and the installation was done expertly on time, and coordinated with cabinet installers, the sink (plumber) and other subs seamlessly. The crew members were courtesies and professional - it's clear they knew what they were doing. While there are three cuts of stone (the layout is a modified U-shape), it 's hard to find the seams - it looks like one piece of sparkling granite. There were no surprises. Four years later, we are still enjoying our granite countertops from Rocky Mountain Stone. They are one of the best companies we've ever dealt with.

Everything was fine with the project. They were professional and made as little mess as possible. The countertops look great as well.

We are very happy with the work that they did. The granite is beautiful. We have used them before and they did the fireplace and they also did a huge granite coffee table and that's why we went back to them for the counter tops. We have always been pleased with their work. They have been around this area for a long time. They are very professional and they are very precise in their measurements. The sales person that we dealt with was an absolute sweetheart. We know Scott the owner from back in 1990 from when we first used them. Everybody was just fine.

Very well. The one exception was the man who did the black splash didn't bring enough grout and spent an hour going out to find it.

Their quality and professionalism were very good. They were there on time every time. I would use their services again in the future.

The workmanship is excellent. Seams where 2 slabs meet in corners are a pefect fit - and you can tell care was used to make sure the the color variations in the granite match as much as possible at the seams. Edges are perfectly done. The kitchen has been in for several years and shows no wear whatsoever.

They do a great job. They are very punctual. They do quality work. I haven't had any problems with the countertops.

Interactions with sales went well until we would encounter a question or problem. At that time, the attitude that we encountered was that they were the experts and therefore could not be wrong. This was irritating, rather than helpful in getting through the issues that arose. The installation crew was very accomodating and thorough.

Everything went well from start to finish, no problems.
