Description of Work: The folks at Rocky Mountain Stone were just great! The helped us select and design our granite countertops. They were professional and responsive. They were patient when we were indecisive! It was clear that they were really interested in us, our kitchen project, and our complete satisfaction. Every single staff person we encountered was helpful and understanding. Only downside was lengthy fabrication time - no sink and doing dishes in the bathtub! And a little pricey compared to other venders. But the end product is more than worth the inconvenience and cost. We would use them again without hesitation!

Description of Work: After a great deal of shopping around we went with Rocky Mountain Stone because they have a superior product and the sales person/designer, Karen, was excellent and really knew her stuff. They certainly weren't the cheapest, but we were confident that they would be able to meet our needs. Our only complaint is with the installers. First, they didn't speak any english, so it was impossible to communicate with them, but that wasn't the worst part. In 2 different locations they dragged the stone on my drywall and stripped it down all the way to the metal corner. When I went to make my final payment, I notified RMS about this issue and they said that it says in the fine print that they won't be held liable for damage to drywall. That really upset us! You mean to tell me that I am going to drop $4000 on countertops and you won't take responsibility and repair some drywall?! Now I have to go buy some spackle and try to match this texture, then repaint. This really left a bad taste in my mouth with this company. I would have no reservations in recommending their product, but I would greatly warn everyone that their installers are not congruent with their quality of stone.
