Rocketman were true to their name - they were out to my house within an hour of calling. They were able to estimate the price of repair accurately, and communicated what they were doing well. They did the repair quickly and professionally, and were courteous throughout. I would describe their rates as average, neither cheap nor excessive. Quality work - I would definitely recommend them.

I have a lot of experience with them. I work for a rental management company that handles 500 units of housing. They are a big company, meaning they have the equipment and the licenses to connect to city meters, and do work in the street. They do things not all plumbing companies can do. They are an exceptionally good, local, company. They provide a big company service with a small company style.
Description of Work: They dug up a 4' chunk of concrete and replaced a piece of polybutylene piping. They had to replace the water line underneath and connect to the meter.

They were very friendly on the phone in setting up the appointment and they showed up promptly and figured out exactly what was going on and got everything back up to speed very quickly. The price was very good considering the man hours it took to do the repair.
