That worked out well. I have used them only once. They were prompt and I think they did a pretty good job of cleaning the house.

It was great. Rockefeller's Cleaning & Restoration did everything that need to be done. They got it extremely clean. It kinda what I thought it would end up being. I did call them back to make sure things are on time but they were busy on other things.

It went wonderfully. I was giddy over the looks of my kitchen when they were finished!! I plan to do this maybe every year just because of the excellent job they did. Cleaned things I have cleaned myself but it never looked this good.

We've been using them for over a year. They are very thorough, quick and careful. They seem to handle things with care. The house smells clean when they are done. Their customer service skills are very good. We've had some communication with the owners and they seem very customer service oriented. We are not overjoyed with everything they do but it is such a relief to have somebody else do it so the issues are minor. We don't think anybody could do better than they do because we always have clutter and projects going on. We would like them to be more consistent in the time they show up. We like to see them come in. Sometimes they come before noon and sometimes it can be 3 pm. They are very professional.

Originally, my insurance company referred me to Rockefeller's for water damage in a home. This was an emergency need, and I had to call them twice. The little girl (and yes, that is exactly what she sounded like on the phone) told me they did not have a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get up to the property, and would "try to find one." I had already researched the problem and what needed to be done, and asked whether they had the latest moisture finding equipment, and they did not. In fact, she couldn't answer any questions. But to think that in this area that a company doing water damage mitigation would not own a vehicle with 4WD, given the mountain roads, plus a vehicle large enough to transport huge fans and other equipment, well, that told me they were not professional. Nor were they members of the association that certifies companies doing water mitigation. My job was a heavy duty one. I never had them do the work and, while I did not, just the lack of information from them over the phone told me they were not equipped to take on this job. I informed my insurance company that they need to remove Rockefeller's from their list, and proceeded to find a company (that was excellent) on my own (and which the insurance co. accepted).

They did a great job and were very professional. Three crews came out and all the work was done well. Scheduling was convenient and they were able to come within a few days of my call.

Rockefeller's is consistent, fast, and efficient.

They are excellent. They are honest and do what you need them to.

They show up on time and they are pretty thorough in their cleaning. Price may be a little high relative to other services.

They were great.

They were out within an hour, sopped up the water, they were very supportive, calming, took over and I felt very comfortable. The next day they came in with helpers and boxed up the things in the rooms and moved the boxes and furniture for me. I was very pleased and everyone I worked with was very nice.

They did an excellent job. The rooms were very satisfactory at the end of it all. They were on time and I was very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

They had a winning bid, set up for a mold remediation, came and started to set up the ductwork for the negative air pressure system and abruptly walked off the job. They lied and said they were changing out the air handler, but never came back. They said I was "too sensitive" to the mold and they couldn't ever get all of it out without damaging my house. I was tested negative for mold sensitivity via blood test, so they obviously were making an excuse. The manager inspected the house and knew the situation before starting the job. I think they underbid the project and decided they wouldn't make enough on it, so they left. The managers and workers were very nice, but ultimately they walked off the job. They wouldn't return any phone calls after they walked off the job. They never even told me they had quit the job--I had to infer this after a week or two of them not showing up. Beware this company if you have cleaning to do in your house.

Professional and fast. House was habitable in one week. Full restoration took two months.

THIS COMPANY WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT COULD GET THE JOB DONE IN ONE AFTERNOON ON SHORT NOTICE. I WANTED IT TO BE A PLEASANT SURPRISE FOR HER AND THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB. THE PRICE WAS GREAT BECAUSE THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING VERY WELL.

THE TWO PEOPLE WHO WERE SENT TO OUR HOME WERE REALLY POLITE. THEY WERE REALLY HARD WORKERS. THEY MADE SURE TO GET ALL OF THE PAINT OFF OF THE FLOOR AND WALLS, AND EVEN CLEANED THE SIDE OF THE FRIDGE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
