They did what they said they would do in a timely and workmanlike manner. Communicated well. Crew very nice. Came back and did some touch ups just to make sure job exact. Highly recommend.

Extremely responsive! Called within minutes of me requesting estimate via Angieâ s list, arranged to meet me within 24 hours. Gave estimate on the spot, started within 2 hours and it was all a done deal less than 24 hrs from initial inquiry. Looks like a quality job, too.

Reliable, ontime, onbudget, clear quality job. I appreciate the initial clean up of the old driveway and the herbicide and pesticide spray that went on before the new asphalt. This will deter plant growth thru the new asphalt. The work was done in less than a day. Crew was professional and went at it like they knew what they were doing, and they did know what they were doing! I like the fresh new curb appeal look of my home.

I was given countless excuses about fixing an area where my gate scrapes. From the beginning I told Ralph Jr. That the electric gate had very little clearance. He assured me that if I had any problems, he would return and fix it. I called the end of November and I just got excuse after excuse, finally the end of January he came out, scraped the area and told me that he would be available to to seal the pavement. 3 weeks later I call to get the pavement sealed and tell him that the gate still scrapes in a certain area. Excuse after excuse, not answering me calls or returning my messages, I was forced to hire another company to fix these guys work. Very unprofessional and if there's a problem, you'll never get it fixed. I would never recommend this company.

asphalt crack filler problem

I highly recommend Road Runner Asphalt. My job consisted of patching and seal coating about 250 feet of residential driveway. I assess a business on the following attributes and Road Runner aced all of them. 1. Prompt response to my request for quote. They responded the same day and came to my house the next day and left me with a quote the same day. Excellent. 2. Knowledge, Experience, and Professionalism. Ralph provided great advice on how to proceed with my project. He confirmed my assessments of several job tasks and made better suggestions on others. 3. Good communications skills. All my inquires and request were promptly answered by phone or email. I love this. 4. Quality of materials used. The asphalt patch and sealer material were excellent quality. 5. Timeliness. A date and time for the project was scheduled at my convenience and Road Runner arrived on time and finished as promised. Excellent. 6. Job Follow-up. This is the most important attribute for me and Road Runner did not disappoint. I had a few items that I was not completely satisfied with and they fixed them after job completion and payment. Highly atypical of most asphalt companies and very appreciated by me. 7. Price. The cost of the job was not the least expensive quoted, but considering all aspects of the transaction, I consider it be a good value. It is difficult to find a good asphalt company. Road Runner Asphalt is the exception.
