Rio Grande Lath & Plaster

The crew arrived on time, did great work and left a clean jobsite. I couldn't be more pleased.

Things were going well until the wrong color coat was put up. This delayed the project and when they came back out to put the right color, they must have used a machine to spray on the color coat which sprayed stucco all over the deck and into the pond. I hope my fish and plants will be okay. Then to **clean** it, they did not remove it, they just buried the stucco beads into the soil. DONT ALLOW THEM TO USE THE SPRAY MACHINE if you have a small yard because you will end up with this mess all over everything in the yard. Also, customer service is spotty. They just show up unscheduled. One morning a worker who did not speak English showed up, unscheduled, and says he is there ready to work. He was also smoking a cigarette in the portal, so when I answered the door, cigarette smoke got into the house and through open windows. Hector is really nice and so is Liz however I think scheduling and communication need a lot of improvement. The wrong color and the mess in the backyard could have been avoided with proper communication. I think these companies get so busy that customer service and satisfaction go out the window. I am just glad the project is finally over.

Poor job. Stucco cracked and would not return to correct. Stucco only lasted one year. Very rude and unprofessional.

They had poor communication and they never finished the job. My patio roof is still leaking. They came back once to fix it but did not return after I sent a picture and showed them that it was still dripping, no matter how many times I called, they never came back. I was put off and they are pulling my chain. I do not recommend them. They are not true to their word and you should not even bother with them.

Came earlier than initially scheduled , were fast, did a GREAT job and cleaned up well afterwards. They were reasonably priced, also.

I got three bids and the hired Rio Grande. Hector got us a price right away, got all the information needed and was ready to go. The crew arrived on time, did great work and left a clean jobsite. I couldn't be more pleased.

I would highly recommend Rio Grande Lath & Plaster to anyone who is considering exterior home refurbishing. It was actually a pleasure to work with these folks. Hector measured, made some notes, and gave me the estimate in a half hour. The price was right so I went with it. The professional workers were very competent and did their jobs with enthusiasm and an artistic flare. Nothing like having experts doing their magic on the job, so the end result is very pleasing. Call these people and see what I mean. Great work!

They started work a week after I got the estimate. The crew of four worked very efficiently and still took time for detail. The cost of the project was considerably lower than another quote I got.

Crew was efficient, worked hard and solved problems without much hassle. They needed to rebuild the stucco structure on the parapets of the house - original builder had substandard application process. Entire job was discussed in detail, and the completed job exceeded my expectations.

They were on time, and did a wonderful job matching the walls/color. This was repair to our parapets. The crew was very professional and friendly. I will use them again. The price was fair and in line with other bids.

We hired Rio Grande Lath & Plaster to do our stucco. The pricing was very reasonable, they were punctual, and our house looks amazing!! I would definitely hire them again!!!
