Right Way Roofing

No work was peformed. The estimator did not call for an appointment.

Everything was great. He gave me an estimate and I went for it. It took him no time at all and he cleaned up. There were no problems at all. I have a small storage shed of 8x10, the roof blew up here immediately after my warranty expired. The expense was out of my pocket. I only called this guy, I didn't get any other estimates because when I was checking around there were a lot of these companies, who didn't want to do a little job like that. I was glad that he came out and did it.

They did an excellent job. They were nice and very professional. The only thing I didn't like which really made sense at the end is they should have told me in the beginning they don't put the satellite dish back up. It is on my quote but he didn't tell me. The reason is that it voids the warranty. If they would have told me on Monday I wouldn't have had to wait until Friday to call about it. It was not a big deal, I just wish they would have told me. They have a ten year installation warranty where the other bids I received only had a five year warranty.

They had to remove an A/C unit from the roof first thing. They removed the old shingles and found some areas where some inferior repairs had been done in the past. This required more materials than we first thought. After making some repairs to the framework. they installed the new covering and the new shingles. The A/C unit was reinstalled and the workers cleaned up the area. This took two days. I was very happy with the results. I would recommend this company to others and would use them again if necessary.

We had to have them out here three times before they got it fixed. I think they charged about $550 but we had to pay them twice because they came out and thought they fixed the problem and then we had the leak again and they had to come out again and then they came out the third time before they finally replaced a piece in the roof and got it fixed. Finally after we called and called they came back and got it fixed. We wouldn't recommend them because they knew what the problem was the first time they came out. We have flat roofs out here in New Mexico and they make these middle things that take the water and run it off these flat roofs and that needed to be replaced but they didn't get around replacing that until the third visit. For our overall experience we would give them a and lsquo;D' because with us calling they finally did come back and finally did fix it. It could have been handled right the first time. It wasn't like brain surgery or anything. It was real obvious what the problem was. We would not use them again in the future.

We spoke to Jerry Vaallejo at Right - Way Roofing Corp in August 2011. Jerry was very professional and knowledgeable. After inspecting the roof, he discussed the condition it was in and let us know that if we really had to, we could wait six months to one year to replace it. He emphasized that it needed to be replaced, not repaired.He said they would strip the roof completely, add 1/2 inch insulation, then apply fiberglass with tar and gravel. We eventually decided to go with a urethane and gravel system so did not use A2Z, but I would have no qualms about recommending this company.

I called two companies for estimates, Right Way and one other company. Jerry with Right Way came that same day, looked at my roof, gave me an estimate for $5,900, and pointed out that the cost could vary depending upon what they found when they started the job. Most important, Jerry also pointed out that I needed some major stucco work around the parapet in addition to the roofing work. The estimator from the other company gave me an quote which was very close to the Right Way quote but did not mention the stucco problem. I went with Right Way because I felt Jerry gave me a more complete assessment of the work that needed to be done. Right Way doesn't do stucco so Jerry was not just trying to make another sale. The morning the job was scheduled Right Way showed up on time and I was very satisfied with their work. They did encounter some problems which increased the cost, the area around the swamp cooler had six inches of roofing and an area over the garage required some repair, neither could have been determined during the estimate. Before proceeding I was told about the issue in each case. My feeling was that yes the cost increased but the job was completed correctly and that is most important. The Right Way crew cleaned up the job site thoroughly when they were finished.. Overall I was very pleased with Right Way roofing and will not hesitant to use them again.

They were a bit late the first time around, but seemed to have done a very fine job. In the meantime, I experienced increase taffic noises, etc., from the skylights which I had never experienced with my original ones. The first time back, the guy who came did not do what I had requested, just used some duct tape. The second time around was a charm. They sent my original supervisor, Carlos, and he added insulation tape and got a nice tight attachment on the skylights. I am a happy camper. (He also was on time!) Much credit also goes to the lady on the phone. She is definitely understanding and good with the follow up. I would use them again in a flash.

We are relatively new to this area and needed a good roofer to fix several leaks that we had noticed. Not knowing any roofers in this area and not willing to just pick a name out of the phonebook, I decided to become a member of Angie's List and get some help. In the mean time we received an ad in the mail from "Right Way Roofing." Not knowing anything about them, I discovered they were on the Angie's List data base and were rated Overall "A". Also a couple of recent good reviews. I also checked them out with the "Better Business Bureau" and found no complaints. We called them for a visit and estimate. Jerry came out and evaluated our roof and issues in a timely manner. He was very professional, seemed very knowledgeable, and answered our questions. He explained the work that needed to be done and recommended another contractor that could do the work (stucco patch, gutter work, etc.) that Right Way Roofing does not do. The price seemed reasonable so we scheduled the work to be done. The crew showed up on time and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. Tom, who oversaw the work, was very professional and knowledgeable. They even secured several loose roof tiles that was not part of the contracted work. Everything about this company was professional, knowledgeable, on time, reasonably priced and as contracted. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend "Right Way Roofing".

The owner came to test the condition of the roof. He cut the old roof and promised not to damage anything. Unfortunately, he damaged the garage door opener and when I asked him to check the garage door; he refused and said it was not his problem. I will never use their services in future.

The come to the house, they scrape your roof, the seal all possible leak areas and your roof is good for another year of broiling in the sun.

We like Right Way Roofing. We had used them before and they were as good as they were earlier. They did a good job. They cleaned up after the work was done. They did everything the right way. Their price was very competitive. Their quality of work has been good so far. They are very responsive. They came when they said they were going to come and did what they said they were going to do. There was no issue whatsoever about anything with them. They were very professional. I would use them in the future too.

Estimator said I did A good job and that everything on my roof (except metal covers) had some hail damage. He said that my roof did not need any repairs by them. I was happy with his report. Have their card and would call them if problems in the future. They were very professional.

My experience with this company was first rate. I received a recommendation from a friend that had used their services in the past. They showed up when scheduled, their advice was spot-on, and they gave me a 20 year warranty on labor.

Work was done while we were in Europe 2009. No problem was noted by neighbors. Another leak noted Aug 2010 was reinspected for free by this company. It was found to be a stucco problem. Right Way told me which type of company to contact and they'd marked, during the inspection, the problem areas needing repair.

The roof was still under warranty and they came out to fix it immediately. The leak has since stopped and everything seems to be okay.

It went well. He told me everything I wanted to know. They were the higher bid but I used them before and it felt right to go with them again. I trust them to do a good job and stand by it.

They were very prompt and they did a good job. They came out to give me a quote. I thought that they were honest. They examined all the areas and informed me that my roof was in good shape except for one portion. They did the repair and cleaned my roof for a reasonable price. They were very professional and I would use them again in future as I have confidence in them.

They were quick, clean, and did an excellent job. They had finished the job on time at the price quoted. They had also cleaned up after themselves.

The office personnel were very pleasant to work with. I arranged for an estimate over my limited lunch hour and they were on time. The work was scheduled and I planned to take some time off from work to "be there". However due to weather conditions there was a couple days delay before the start of the work. This meant I couldn't be there to supervise work, or dogs. It worked out ok though. They were on time the first day and considerate of my work schedule and dogs. The second day was a finish up day and they started late, although I was not informed. Final "walk thru" was a couple of days later. They did a good job cosmetically, so far no issues with leaks. Had a lot of debris in fan vents that was discovered after the fact. Some even blocked a bathroom fan from running. We cleared the blockage ourselves. They did a bit of extra work that was not on the estimate to bring things up to code. As I was not there during the day I could not approve the costs, but if they were required... Payment was not required until the "walk thru". This made me feel more confidence that I would not be left out money with an undone project.

Provided estimate within days. Were very clear about what they could guarantee and could not. Gave a discount for replacing two skylights at the same time. Rounded up the total cost to an even $1,000 by finding other minor "tune-up" work; an offer I was glad to take as an encouragement to do all work well and have them take their time. Cleaned up all outside debris.

What I liked about them was that they actually came out and did a follow up five years later. They looked closely and found some issues. I told him I am not doing Credit Cards anymore and he said he would be more than happy to work out a payment plan with me!

Process went very well. Company quickly sent someone out to complete roof inspection and completed work very quickly as soon as I accepted proposoal. Office personel was very courteous and was very happy with the roofing work that was completed.

The owner is very friendly and professional. The workers were a bit messy and not as professional, but overall they came in and did their job. I was told the have a minimum charge ( $1200 or so) but I see on here others had work for less. My roof should have only cost $700 so they offered a "tune-up" for the rest of the house. However, I couldn't see where anything was except the part that was replaced was "tuned"-I still have no idea what that means!!! With that said, they offered the best price (everyone seemed to have a minimum) and were punctual and worked around my schedule. They were responsive and overall left with a good impression.
