Description of Work: Paid Right way to replace the 4""xxxx to 6"" and repair leak. They did none of the work. The roof flooded and leaked shortly after repair. Difference roofer did the job correctly and told me the past that was sopposed to be replaced was not. He took pictures but duds not speak English well enough to support an affidavit. I paid him $600 as well. |I spoke to right way who wouldn't act unless the affidavit was signed. I live in Colorado and the work was done on my property in Albuquerque NM. I've warned many people about Right Way.

Description of Work: Removed old roof and replaced with more superior quality. It went extremely well. They completely those sections that facilitated the work of the plumbing and electrical contractor. Great job!!

Description of Work: They reroofed a townhouse. Job went smoothly. They coordinated with a plumber to remove gas lines early in the morning and replace them after the roofing work was completed at the end of the day.

Description of Work: Flat roof maintenance and replacing two skylights. They were punctual, fast, and left the area clean.

Description of Work: Right Way evaluated our roofing needs and performed the service of removing the old roof and replacing it. We are happy with the results and with the appearance of our property following the work. We experienced cooperation on details...example: the 3 skylights were fairly new and did not require replacing, so they were removed from the contract. All procedures were carefully explained and details of the structure were discussed before work began. The work was done in a timely fashion, starting August 23, 2011 and finishing up on August 26, 2011. We were kept informed of the progress and what to expect during the whole job. We were treated with professionalism, attention to our questions/comments, with politeness and consideration. Our safety and convenience, as well as our neighbor's safety and convenience, was respected in every way. The inconvenience was kept to a minimum and every bit of the debris was promptly hauled away! We are quite happy with the work that Right Way did for us in August, 2011. We will certainly call them again if we have any roofing needs in the future.

Description of Work: We have used Right-Way for years. When we called John to come out to estimate a repair on a small leak, we got Jerry (whom we had not met before). He did not know we were long-time customers and did not seem interested. He did a long "sell" on what needed to be done, with an estimate >$1000. After that, we called two other roofers to estimate the job. Neither agreed with Jerry's diagnosis of the problem and both of their estimates came in way lower. A call to the office to speak to John got no response. We don't know what's going on, but they've lost a customer.

Description of Work: I asked Right-Way Roofing for an estimate. I had two to three leaks, including one at a skylight. The response I got was that I needed a new roof!! I didn't feel comfortable with that recommendation, and I didn't feel like I got a lot of information in response to my questions. I went with another company that repaired the problems and did a "complete roof maintenance" for about one-fourth of this estimate.
