Description of Work: response to complaint by customer about company wanting more money before job started. product was stucco related and customers house was found to have severe water issues with parapits hard to diagnos after 3 different installers inspected and company decided a completely different kind of job was needed and approached customer about same. Customer got mad. Company returned deposit. Unfortunate but extremely rare situation. Same customer was happy with windows same company did before.
