I've never had a more pleasant experience dealing with a contractor of any kind. Mr. Reece responded promptly to my request for an estimate of my problem, and his subsequent recommendations and cost. He took digital photos of my roof to show me the possible problems, and he came out 2 days later to do the actual work. The actual repair work was done quickly and professionally, complete with "after" digital photos to show exactly what was done. He even removed two bags of pigeon poop from my roof! He didn't require immediate payment, but emailed me an invoice 8 days later. I highly recommend his co.'s services.

After Reece Roofing came over, Kevin and his assistant Moises, assessed the leaky spot. They cleaned, recovered and sealed the leaky spot. The whole process took about 2.5 to 3 hours. They left a clean site.

Called Kevin Reece to get estimate on a roof leak. He came out within two days. Gave me a thorough explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done, including pictures he'd taken while on the roof. Came out to fix roof four days later(after weekend). Repair seemed to be done in record time and with no disruption to us. Kevin sent e-mails with pictures showing the repair step-by-step. Estimate was second lowest of four, but he was by far the most professional. He is also a very pleasant guy to deal with.

I noticed a water spot on the ceiling of my front bedroom, indicating a leak in the flat roof. After checking Angie's List for roofers, I called Kevin Reece of Reece Roofing CO. and set up an appointment to get an analysis of the damage. Mr. Reece arrived exactly on time, prepared to inspect the roof and advise on repairs. He and his helper proceeded to do so, and were thorough in their inspection. The main leak had occurred in cracked areas around a canale on the NE corner of the house. Mr. Reece provided digital photos of that area and of other areas, not quite so critical, but where cracking and erosion had also occurred. It was clear to me that repairs were needed so I instructed him to go ahead. He provided an estimate of $330. When the work was done later that afternoon, he showed me digital photos of before and after of the main damage; the repairs appeared to be very thorough and professional. He later emailed me the same before and after pictures for all the areas where repairs were done. After I questioned whether his company offered any kind of warranty on their labor, Mr. Reece offered a written statement warranting the main repair over the NE bedroom for one year. I believe this willingness to stand behind his company's work demonstrates integrity as well as confidence that the work will hold up. He deducted the Angie's List discount and sent an invoice of $334, right on his estimate with tax. Job well done! Excellent service; prompt, completed within estimate, used digital photos effectively to show actual work zones. Provided personal guarantee for his company's workmanship on areas that were repaired for one year.

The crew arrived at the agreed upon time, got all the work done in one day, and carefully removed all their debris.

They responded promptly to my request for an estimate. It seemed reasonable and we scheduled the work. They came as planned and completed the repair as well as some additional work that became evident as they got into it (at no additional charge). They billed via email and included pictures of the work completed. The price was less the Angie's List discount.

Great! Mr. Reece first came over to provide us with a free detailed estimate. He was flexible with our schedule. He completed all of the work as quoted and even made some other repairs needed (free of charge) that he discovered upon greater inspection. After the work was finished, her provided us with a clear invoice. He is very organized and punctual. We would recommend him for any roofing needs!

I was referred to another roofing company that seemed to be better for tile roofing. Their price was a little bit higher than i would have liked. They were very personable people however.

How many roofers email you pictures of the before and after of repair? He's very polite, punctual and fair. I recommended him to a friend who called me today to thank me. Kevin went far beyond the call of duty and was very reasonably priced.

This was the third time I've used Kevin to repair my tile roof and I've been very pleased every time. While it sometimes takes him some time to get to the job (a week or so), it's because he gets deluged with calls after a good rain and has to work you into the schedule. I have not found the wait to be excessive and with the quality of work and the good price, I think it's worth it. This time around, Kevin and his helper again pulled the tile, repaired the rotting underlayment, replaced everything and sealing things well. I especially like that he takes pictures as he works so that you can see the damage and what was done. All previous repairs that Kevin has done for me have held up well (no further leaks). I would recommend Reece Roofing and use Kevin again.

I left an email for Mr. Reece and he called me about 5 days later. He agreed to come out the next day, on a Saturday morning at 8:15, and he was there right at 8:15. He and a helper looked at the problem, pulled out some tile and found the area that was leaking. He gave me an estimate of $200, which was $150 and $175 less than the other two estimates I had received. Because he had been recommended on Angie's List, I agreed to have him do the work. He and his helper immediately went out to the truck and got materials and went right to work. He gave me his card and said that if there were any problems within a year that he would come back. It hasn't rained yet, but I feel sure that he did a good job. He also walked the roof and pushed back any tiles that had slipped, glued a few places and general inspected it. I was very pleased with his thoroughness and his pleasant attitude.

Job 1: Our realtor recommended him. He gave estimate & performed the work the same day. Work was done quickly, things explained that they did & great c/up. What I really appreciated is his honesty. It has not rained yet, so I can't see for sure that the leak has been repaired, but I ve confidence that the job was done right. Job 2: We noticed some patching in the texture on the ceiling. We weren't sure if the leak that had caused the damage had been repaired or not. I called Kevin to see if he could take a look to see if there was any current damage & he was able to come out abt 2-3 wks later. He immediately found the problem, the felt overlay in that area was torn/rotting, & some of the batons was in poor condition. He replaced the felt/damaged batons, taking pictures of the damage to show me. He & his coworker were friendly & professional. No tiles were broken during the repair & they fixed the problem. Kevin's prices are also very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
