I have used Kevin Reece from Reece Roofing before. He is terrific. Last November an intense, violent hail storm swept through my neighborhood. My ceiling started to stain, then drip, and then at 3:00am in the morning a huge chunk of drywall fell into my living room under the weight of all the leaking water (I have a flat roof, water from the hail storm was just collecting up there). I called Kevin right away, and then the insurance adjustor. Kevin immediately put a tarp on my roof to prevent more leaking. Adjustor said I had to have a whole new roof because of the hail damage. This was in early November. Kevin said he probably could not get to me until January. I was so worried because the weather did not look good and I was afraid there would be more leaking into my living room. Well, Kevin to the rescue. He was able to juggle things around and get to my roof in mid-December, not January. I was so grateful! Kevin installed a FOUR-ply fiberglass roof membrane. Kevin re-roofed our flat roof house 22 years ago and did a terrific job. It's lasted all of this time. We recently asked him for a tune-up and he found some areas he thought could be improved to prolong the life of the roof. Again, his work was excellent, and he fit us in, despite his very busy schedule. (He's a popular roofer!) We also had him do some work on a new house our daughter recently purchased. The roof had been leaking, but after the tune-up and a heavy rain, it's leak-free! He's a great guy and we always enjoy our contacts with him. We can't recommend him enough.

Excellent work - part of the roof was a balcony and the care they took to make the roof and balcony not leak and look beautiful was exceptional.

This is a GREAT roofing company! Dave and his son Miles did the work on my roof. I was pleasantly surprised when I met them on the roof after the job was completed . It was obvious the great care and pride they have in their work! I don't usually say this about roofs but it looked beautiful :) Kevin Reece provided the clearest estimate I have ever seen from roofing company. I have been managing rental properties for 15 years and this company is a cut above the rest!!

It went really well. They really knew what they were doing, above and beyond. I had about 20 roofing companies come out to do estimates and I feel like they were more experienced and had much more expertise. Very flexible and accommodating. They did great follow up too, and stand by their work.

I contacted Kevin with Reece Roofing on a Friday afternoon. I got his voicemail and was saddened to learn he wasn't taking new clients based on his voice message, but if I left a message and wasn't in a huge hurry he would contact me to learn more about the services I needed. I left a message and indicated I was a new client and explained what I was experiencing at home. Within the hour Kevin contacted me and was honest and told me he was very busy with current clients but he could come to my house to give me an in depth estimate on Monday afternoon if I could wait a few days. He contacted me on a Sunday to confirm our appointment for Monday. On Monday he called me 30 minutes prior to our scheduled time to say he was enroute. He arrived on time, and introduced himself and his partner and provided me a business card upon arrival. He got right to business and checked out the roof, and the interior of the closet. He located the issue, and provided me a cost and said he could complete the project that day, or could come back later in the week. He provided before and after photos, and worked quickly and efficiently. He even called a week later to check in to see if I had experienced any issues after the repair. He was very professional, personable, and explained the issue in great detail with photos. I would definitely recommend Kevin with Reece Roofing!

If you have a problem with your roof ,CALL REECE ROOFING CO! I chose Kevin Reece because of Angie's List and the stellar reviews he received. When I first called his message said that he was so busy he was only servicing current clients and that if you were a new client, you would have to wait. I did not mind waiting because the two roof leaks existed at least SIX YEARS because that was as long as I lived in my house. I have had two others roofers (NOT on Angie's List) come over the past six years and each time they said they fixed the roof. They did not. The two leaks were still there. The rain this summer did not help. The buckets were brought out and I sure was getting sick and tired of throwing money at my roof and watching the drip drip drip. Well, I left a message with Kevin and he called back the next day. He explained he was really busy what with all the rain but that if could wait, he would come out and look at my roof. I told him I waited six years so a few weeks did not bother me. The day Kevin arrived, he and his assistant headed for the roof and I headed for work. He emailed me a couple of hours later and said he fixed one leak immediately. He was not sure about the second leak but patched "mole runs" and around the old solar panels. About a week later it rained and rained hard. The first leak was fixed. Unfortunately, the second leak was still there. I called on a Friday and Kevin said he'd be out Monday. He spent more hours on my roof. This time he found a nail hole (!) in the roof membrane that he missed the first time because it was hidden under conduits. He was sure that the problem had been solved. It has rained only slightly since then - no leaks (but I am waiting for a deluge to see if the leak is fixed once and for all, after six long years). In the meantime I have nothing but praise Kevin's "detective work" - he spent hours on my roof, he was determined to find and fix those leaks! He was incredibly diligent, thoroughly professional, skilled, friendly, responsive, took the time to explain in detail what he found and what he did, including pictures, and I really appreciate it. Job completed in one day. This past summer has been extremely busy for Mr. Reece (finally, a real monsoon season for our drought stricken desert!) and since my project was not urgent, I was fine with waiting for a break in Mr. Reece's schedule. During the late summer, he kept me informed via email that my project was still "on the radar," which I greatly appreciated. Reece's Roofing does quality work and is a very nice business to deal with.

Kevin Reece was able to come to make repairs in my flat roof the day after I called him. Had two leaks. He repaired them both and also some others that were potential leaks. He was very efficient and told me my roof was in good condition for several more years. And his price was very reasonable, far less than I expected. Most pleasant roofing experience I have ever had.

From start to finish, Kevin Reece was very professional in every aspect. He always was prompt to communicate by phone, text and email. He presented me with two separate estimates, per my request: 1) for roof repair and 2) for new roof installation. Both estimates came with pricing, warranties, photos and recommendations. I opted for the roof repair and it was completed in one day. I did not have to be present for the work to be done, which meant I didn't have to juggle my work schedule. When I returned home that day, everything was as I left it in the morning - great job of cleanup. I was also very pleased & grateful that the work was completed two days before the big storm hit downtown Albuquerque. As promised, I received the invoice in 2 days time, along with photos of the work done. Thank you, Kevin for a job well done!

The roof team take their work very seriously and David is personable, has a great sense of humor and punctual. He answered all my questions and his sons were even amazed as I perched on the ladder to get an understanding of the roofing process. In fact the motto, is work till the work is done right! All the parapets, cracks, skylights, vents etc were taken care of, the gutters were cleaned out as well as the whole was given a face lift. The rotted wood of the carport was replaced and the entire carport was recovered with two layers of the appropriate materials and the second layer was applied with a propane torch. No minor feat in nearly 100 degree heat. I don't think my roof ever has been in such good shape. David was so thorough that he noticed how an electrical component was lying on my roof and spoke with my plumber about getting it moved so flashing could be applied. It is always a pleasure to work with people who are true craftsmen and take pride in their work. I think I can breathe easy when the next monsoon comes pouring down!

I had evidence of a roof leak and asked Reece to see if they could find out the source ( i couldn't). They came even though I had a small window of opportunity for them to fit me in their busy schedule and located a canale that was probably the suspect. While they were on the roof the did a complete inspection and found cracking in the seals of several roof penetrations that were potential future leaks. Also indicated that although the roof was 14 years old, that it had several good years left. I have used Reece before and highly recommend them.

Excellent! Mr. Reece returned calls the same day. Work completed. On day promised/scheduled, with complete clean-up on completion. The company is very busy, a fact that Mr. Reece is very clear about not only on voice mail message, but also on return phone call.

The job went very well. They completed the work in 4.5 days (the estimate was 4 days but there was repair work that was found to be needed that added the extra 1/2 day). The crew was here each day early, worked steadily and were very neat keeping their materials contained to the driveway and sweeping up after themselves every evening before they left. My courtyard looked cleaner after they were finished then when they arrived! Kevin was very responsive to my questions or concerns and took care of little details promptly. There was a period of time between when I selected Reece and the actual work due to Reece's backlog, the series of storms that caused havoc for other customers and on our part a delay about when we could have them start the project. Throughout all of this, Kevin communicated very well with me (usually by email) so I felt comfortable it would all eventually get completed. I also noticed how responsive he was to other customers' emergencies and knew if we had a failure in the roof while waiting for the job to begin he would have been over doing a quick repair to help us make it until the job began. I also liked that they have a single crew, and once they begin a job they see it through...no start/stop/start like we've experienced with other building repair/construction contractors. I would recommend this company.

They are very responsive and stand behind their work. I recommend them very highly.

Kevin got back to us extremely fast and was very professional. He explained that he is no longer able to do tile roof repairs, but was kind enough to recommend another roofing company that he believes can help us.

We had 3 estimates, 2 of which were in the $1000's with explanations we needed to replace the roof area. Now, these companies were probably not interested in such a small job because of the volume of business following the wind and rain storms. I do not think they were trying to cheat us, just didn't want the work. That is why we appreciate Reece Roofing so much because the price was great, service quick, very pleasant guy. We have already recommended this company to a neighbor.

Put a roof on a new additoin he was totally outstanding, helpful, honest, polite, and professtional. I plan on using him for the remaining part of the house once other things are finished.

Mr. Reece came out the day he said he would and was on time. He repaired the leak and sealed a couple of pipes on the roof while he was up there. This is the best service I could have ever expected. He was very thorough and even took pictures of his work to show me what he did. I recommmend Reese roofing with an A+++.

Went like "clock" work! I would not have any other roofer work on my home. Mr. Reese has been in business in Albuquerque for many years and his work is extremely professional. He does not have "call backs" because he did something wrong....he does it right in the first place!!! Plus he and his staff are great people! I highly recommend him...

Good price, showed up on time, work done efficiently, even helped get my swamp cooler running after - this was above and beyond the call of duty. It's been raining ever since and no leaks. I highly recommend Mr. Reece for any roofing job.

Mr. Reece was very professional and informed us that the type of roof we wanted he was not able to provide. If we move and have need of a new roof sometime in the future of the kind Mr. Reece does provide, we would definitely hire him.

Kevin Reece, the owner of Reece Roofing Co. is great to deal with, a genuine human being and kind man. Given how far out his crew was scheduled at the time, we were lucky that he was able to fit our project in on a Saturday. The crew members arrived on time and got their work done in less time than expected, which was about five hours. They cleaned up well after themselves before they left.
