Two gentlemen arrived, one was clearly a rookie and needed to consult the either on the repair. The cost of the clean out was reasonable and appeared to have worked but they left the caps to the clean outs uncovered. On the estimate to replace the faucet it came in at $750.00 dollars! The cost of repairing the existing one came in at $250.00 with a $45 fee to get the faulty part. When i asked why so much he explained that the new faucet was $250.00 and $500.00 to replace it. Mind you there was no patching of drywall or tiles involved and we have clear access to the back of the shower in an adjacent closet. As for the repair, he said that its a special part and requires a special tool.

Went very well. Plumber arrived on time and did very high quality work. Got the work done on time which is very important in a remodel to keep project on schedule.

It was a great experience they cam in and done the work in one day. They had everything they need with them they needed to do the job. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house looking like they had even been there. Besides my washer and dryer moved. They were very friendly and professional. I will be calling them in the further to help me with a bathroom remodeling.

FINALLY!! A contractor that tells you what they are going to do and then does it efficiently and affordably. They were reasonably available and on time to all appointments. When they were done the workplace was clean and the work tidy and complete. I flip houses and contractor reliability and affordability is paramount; I will continue to use Quality in the future on all my projects.
