QUALITY CONCRETE

the owner Jose Zamarron was very pleasent, punctual, and professional. The work was done in the time stated and to higher than industry standards. The site area was cleaned up completely leaving no debrie. We were very please with the outcome of the work we requested. He even did a few extra things that he felt should be done and did not charge any additional costs. Great company.

I contacted Jose on 6/4/09. He was difficult to understand on the phone and he was not professional on the phone at all. It was difficult to hear him, also, as he was doing something while he was on his cell phone making a lot of background noise. We made an appt for Saturday 6/6 at 4pm. He said he would call to confirm Friday or Saturday. He never called and never showed. I would not bother with him again...

They were great. They showed up on time, if they were going to be even 5 minutes late, they called me. They did quality work. They conducted themselves very professionally, I am still pleased with the work and its been a few months. I would refer them to somebody like my mom who is a perfectionist. They are very reasonably priced.

On May 14, 2008 I spoke with the owner, Jose Zamarron. I gave him my information (phone#, cell phone#, address) and arranged for him to come to my home on Saturday May 17th at 9:00am in order to give me an estimate for the job. He did not show up at the time arranged. I called him at 9:30 am and left him a message to call me, and left him my phone number. He did not return my call. I called him again at 10:00 am and he answered. He said he was going to call me but he had lost my number. Apparently he had gotten my message but still did not call. He asked me if I was going to be home the rest of the day. I told him I had to leave my house at 11:00 am and asked him if he could come by then, but he said he couldn't get there that soon. I told him to forget coming if he couldn't be at my home with the hour. He never came.

This is the best experience I have ever had with a workman. Jose and his crew were right on time, extremely professional, and masters at their work. I could not be more pleased. Their work is meticulous. They take pride in their work and it shows. They stuck to the schedule they gave me and did a superior job. They know their trade so well. They tore out my old patio, stairs, and driveway and replaced them with the most beautiful concrete workmanship. They are artists in their field and I would recommend them highly.
