He is very personable, makes time to meet with you one on one, is always honest – tells you how it is, even if it is not the answer you are looking for, returns calls, is very knowledgeable about the Albuquerque housing market’s trends and ultimately knows what it takes to sell your home. We have bought and sold with other realtors, and John Kynor is by far the best and is in a class of his own. When we bought our first home, John really helped us to narrow down choices without pushing us one way or the other. He was very patient and helped us along the process so we were able to make a decision on something within a short time period. On the selling end, we were able to sell our house with John in only 2 weeks in a down housing market and were able to come out exactly where we wanted to be!
