I called because I had a leaking on one of the valves in the water connections to the softener for weeks, the company who I rent the softener from requested to be done by a plumber. They try really hard for us to get the plumbing clogged cleared. This home has some very difficult plumbing pipes to negotiate with the snake equipment they have. They tried everything they had to unclogged the drain. We were not charged for any kind of labor from them. I would recommend Pro Mech Plumbing and Heating, Inc for any kind of plumbing needed in an instance. They tried to come to the rescue for us.

After many attempts by several plumbers, I finally found a real expert who solved my long-standing problem. My problem was that it took several minutes for the hot water to reach both bathrooms and I was wasting gallons of water every day waiting for a hot shower. A heat pump had been installed several years ago but it made no difference. Jimmy from Pro Mech Plumbing agreed to look at my issue. At first he could find nothing wrong but was not satisfied. He researched the issue and was able to finally fix my cold shower —I now have hot water instantly from all of my faucets! I was so impressed with his determination to find the solution, his professionalism and courtesy. Very, very happy with this company!

Jimmy did an excellent job. Made suggestions regarding type of water heater that would be best for our home. Very prompt at arriving when scheduled and made sure work area was kept clean and safe. Amazing! My water heater started to fail a few days before my out of town holiday guests were to arrive. Jimmy from Pro-Mech gave me an estimate and information over the phone, came the next day to install exactly the water heater I had wanted, all in time for me to pick up my guests at the airport that same day! Jimmy arrived exactly at the time he said he would, finished the job quicker than he estimated, and I couldn't be happier with the water heater!! I will definitely hire Pro-Mech again!!
