I called Prime Electric at approximately 8:00pm as I had no power to half of my house. Mike answered the phone and asked me with seemed to be the problem. I explained that I had no power and he immediately connected me with Ben. Ben advised me that he will be at my house within one hour and will repair my problem. He told me that he will charge me a flat rate of $300.00 no matter what materials or labor is required. I was happy with that considering they were the only ones who answered the phone and offered a flat rate with no extras. He came out, and replaced my main breaker which was defective. He did not charge me anything extra or try to upsell me. His service was excellent. I highly recommend Prime and specifically Ben. Thank you.
