Preventive Pest Control

I don’t have an annual contract and I pay them when they come to do the termite inspection. They do a very good job. I’m happy with them. I would continue to use them in the future.

The first visit went well. The technician was friendly and answered questions. We were scheduled for the second treatment on May 21st. They called to confirm on May 20th. We stayed home on Saturday, planning our day around the appointment. They failed to show up. We called them, but office was already closed. There is nothing more irritating than a company not keeping an appointment. The company did indeed make this up to me. They came to the next appointment, and did it at no charge. We highly recommend Preventative Pest Control.

They are thorough, friendly, and cooperative if you have any special needs or requests. They take care of them.

This was my first experience with Preventative Pest Control and the two Technicians that serviced the two properties were very pleasant and professional. They also went over the bill and contract very thoroughly explaining the pest control solutions that were used. They also went over the guarantee and encouraged to call if I had any concerns or problems. I was a little disappointed that I was not given a small discount since I was having two dwellings serviced and feel the one time service on my dwelling was a little hight. Overall, I would recommend the company.

They are very good, reasonably priced and prompt. They are who I call when I have a bug problem. They are very nice. I will use them again in the future.

Great company! I've used them for over 2 years (every two months to keep my home pest free) - I originally signed up with a contract for 12 months - paid about $70 every two months for them to come out and spray, with the contract, I could call them anytime inbetween services if I saw anything and they would come out and spray again for free. They're always flexible when scheduling times, etc - overall great!

They seemed to do a good job treating the house, cleaning up afterwards, and did it in a timely manner. The cost for the job was reasonable. The fees for the inspection and follow up yearly inspections seemed high.

I had hem come out twice, but they were really good about it. I was very pleased with them. They were punctual. I didn't have any trouble scheduling with them. The guy that came out to treat the house was friendly and I had no problems. He treated the entire house. He asked me to call him back if I had any more problems with the ants within the next two weeks. He assured that it would all be gone, but asked me to call if they came back. I still had some ants after two weeks so I called him and he came out even on a Saturday and treated it and that was the end of it.

We called Preventive Pest Control in a panic as we thought we had found bed bugs. When the receptionist couldn't answer all my questions she put her boss on the phone. He quickly calmed me down and explained everything about bed bugs from A to Z and what they could do to help us evaluate our situation and if found, get rid of the nasty hitchhikers. They came out two days later, evaluated the situation and we discussed also the increase of spiders we had noticed. They sprayed the outside and inside for spiders and other crawling things, then set up a bed bug treatment for the following day. I was extremely pleased with the great technicians that were sent to my home both days. They were professional, informative, helpful and very kind. Needless to say I was a bit out of sorts finding bed bugs, but haven't had any more bites, nor have I seen anything in the house that shouldn't be here. I would recommend them with the highest marks!

The service tech initially came out a couple of weeks ago and sprayed for ants that creeped up with all of the rain. They have a 30-day guarantee, so he came back out on 8/3/10 to spray again when I found ants in a couple of the places that were sprayed. The technician is as nice and as professional as he can be....honestly he is so sweet, and I don't feel uncomfortable with him in my house....just a really nice guy. I did have to call a third time (thankfully they guarantee their service), and they coming back on on 8/5/10 to take care of a couple areas that the ants are still showing up. When I called back the owner answered and actually thanked me for calling, so that they can get on top of it before the ants multiply. This really is a great company. I had a bad experience with the pest control guy last year and the first time I called this year. That guy is so unethical, and this company is so very ethical.

I signed up for a year's service. It's pay as you go, about every other month, and it ensures that the bug protection is always current. Within 24 hours, my cockroach problem was solved.

We had to remove items under the sinks so they could get to the plumbing areas and they were helpful. Took an hour and half extra time to do a thourogh job and did not charge extra. Felt comfortable and secure with the job they did.

We had massive infestation of ants in the house. They came in and fix in one application. The roach problems were also fixed

Excellent. They came the same day I called. The young man who did the spraying was nice and thorough. A few bodies surfaced the next day, but we haven't seen a living roach or spider since we received service. They will follow up with another thorough spray in 4 weeks to "break up the egg cycle".

Everything went well. They were on time and did a good job. They were very thorough and we haven't had any bugs and it's been over a year now since we've had them at our home.

It went well. Lenny is a really good and personable guy. Everyone is very friendly. I have service contract with them now that I get billed monthly.

They do a preparation spray for the first time. When they come back every other month, they only work outside, so we don't have the spray inside the house. That's a good advantage. We haven't had a problem with dogs, either. The only thing you see is dead cockroaches outside; they don't get in the house. I pay more than I did for another company, though.

They charge $59 every two months. They come every two months versus every month which is more convenient for us. The price is competitive and they do a good job.

They have always been very attentive and do a very good job. I have even called their manager and complemented him on some of his service guys who come out because they are very professional. I have a pond in my backyard; so, when they come out to spray they are very cautious around that. I have dogs and they always pick up the dog water bowls outside before spraying. They are very, very good.

My previous pest control company had stood me up twice. After the second time, I decided to use another company. Emily, my first contact with this company was very informative and let me know of the best price for my initial service. The next day, Seth came to do the spraying. Seth was a little late due to vehicle problems, but he had the courtesy to LET ME KNOW that he would be late, not like the previous company who just never showed up. Seth was thorough, professional and friendly, and explained what he was doing. I look forward to doing business with a company that I can depend on.

Our company moved into a new space. They were prompt, thorough, efficient and polite. Very satisfied with their service.

The woman that I spoke to on the phone when I called to find out about the company was pleasant, informative and very helpful. Every one of the service technicians who has come to our home has been polite and responsive to our questions and concerns. It has been a pleasure doing business with them. I would recommend them to anyone!

They are very dependable and they guarantee their work. They call the day before to find out when they can come. They come on time and they are always real knowledgeable and nice.

While the routine ants, roaches, spiders are fairly controlled, Preventive has never delivered on the assurance they gave us when we initially contracted to rid the exterior of these tiny jumping bugs. They have been out numerous times doing routine spraying and charge an extra $10 or so to add more spray to the backyard, still no positive result, in fact the bugs are on the front patio now. The follow-up between services is very poor, you have to call to remind them they said they would followup after 6 weeks. And when you discuss a service needed with a technician during an appointment, even if you have the Tech document on the paperwork and you keep a copy, the next quarter when they come out the request for additional service was not passed on. I have had to show the previous document to assure the Tech we made the request, only to be told he would have to reschedule, and of course, they didn't.

They were great, they were nice, they were professional, they were on time and finished the job quickly, in less than one hour. Now we just have to see how everything goes. The price was reasonable.
