Preventive Pest Control

They were great. They showed up as promised. I did have to call them back after their first visit (but before the second) and they came out free of charge for the service so I kind of got a month fee. I have a month-to-month contract with them and I have been happy with them so far. They are professional and they call me ahead of time to schedule visits. Their prices are less than the company that I used in the past.

Preventative was able to schedule an appointment for Monday afternoon from 3-5. The customer service rep who took my call appeared distracted and I had to repeat my information multiple times before she seemed to have documented my address and phone number. Evidently, she did not get it all correct. Monday afternoon my husband took the afternoon off from work to meet the technician. No one showed up and we did not receive a phone call. When I called a little after 5:00 to see what was going on, the office was closed. When I called in Tuesday morning, the customer service representative apologized and asked if she could call me back after she spoke to the technician to find out what happened. She repeated my number to me which was correct. A different customer service representative called me back about 10 minutes later and stated that the technician could not find our address even with GPS and that he attempted to call for directions. When I said I did not receive a call nor had I missed any calls on my phone she repeated my number back to me with the last digit different from the number she had just dialed to call me back. When I told her the number she repeated to me was wrong but that the number the customer service rep had previously confirmed that morning was correct, she could not explain why the technician had a different number than the one they had in their computer. Needless to say, we have gone with another pest control company.

It went great. These guys are the best. The other company didn't even respond to my call to redo the service. I could have saved myself a headache and $70 if I had called them first. I am a customer for life.

They are very nice and on time. And I do not see any bugs in my house.

We are actually pretty far outside the city, and they were one of the few companies willing to come out on a Saturday without charging a trip charge, and that was nice. It was pretty fast, and they were here only for about 15 minutes. I wish they were cheaper, but they came out really fast.

It was pretty costly, as they charged the same to spray a small area as they charged to spray the entire exterior of the other home. Otherwise, we have used them many times and have always been pleased with their service.

The tech. rang the door bell to let me know he was there. I told him we didn't have any problems except I had seen some dead bugs around the front and back door. He sprayed the whole area and did it heavily around the areas I told him we had seen bugs. He left the bill in the door when he was finished. Preventative is an excellent service.

We would recommend them to other people. They did a pretty good job. Overall, I rate them highly. We would definitelyuse them again in the future.

I think $73.93 is pretty pricy. Although they did spray inside and out, I still think its pricy. Its not real great. They are very professional.

I have zero insect problems. They come over every single time. They never missed. They always leave a note that says what they did and when they did it. Their shielding has always been perfect. They really are pleasant to deal with on customer relations stand point.

They are very prompt, considerate, helpful, and got rid of my ant problem.

They are always very prompt. They call before they come. The company calls prior to the person coming out to check to make sure the time and date is okay for them to be here. The person who comes out always calls too. The price is very reasonable. The pricing is very comparable to what I had when I lived in West Virginia. If I have any problems they will come right back out and they don't recharge me. They are outstanding.

The technicians are always nice and professional. They survey the yard before they spray it. They mark down exactly what they did, and offer recommendations on what they see. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I will continue to use this service.

I have had Preventative Pest Control for several years now.

They are very courteous. They call about two days before and tell you what date they are coming. We have dogs and we wanted them to make sure they didn't spray near the dogs or the garden, so they have that written up in our file. They are really good, and they pay attention and everyone who has been here has been nice. We have never seen any bugs. They ring the doorbell and tell you that they are there and then they go around to the back and do their thing. They will then put the ticket in the door. We have used them for as long as we have lived here, and we have lived here for probably 10 years now.

We have been pretty happy with them. The spray works because we don't have any bugs inside the house. We haven't seen any black widows for years because of their service. They are punctual. They did their thing and they were out.

I haven’t had any trouble of anything coming in so they spray only exterior. I pay them $26 a month. I would recommend them. They do a good job and are prompt. They call you and make an appointment, remind you when they are going to come and they come within the time they say. They do a good job and I haven’t had any troubles at all. I haven’t compared their price to anyone as I have used them for years.

I like their service because they spray on whatever I ask them to spray. Every time they come I have them spray completely on the inside and completely outside. If I have an area that is a troubled area, they would make sure to cover it. I have had trouble with Ants in the house and they were very persistent at trying different chemicals until they got rid of them. The Ants have been at home since I have had the house built and I’m sure I had built the house on an Ant pile. They are very good, they are always here on time and they give me a window of approximately of 2 hours from 10 AM – 12 noon. They are always here within that window and they call me before they come when they are on their way, to make sure that I’m home. They are coming out next week and I would continue use them in the future.

We worked with Preventive Pest Control for nearly five years and we LOVE them! Their staff has always been professional, courteous and prompt. We have yet to have a bad experience and plan to work with them for years to come. We've never had a pest problem and are thankful that we've been able to lock-in a rate.
