Description of Work: Precision Garage Door installed a belt driven Linear LDC0800 garage door opener. It is extremely quiet; you almost can't hear it open and close. It operates on DC current, and I also purchased a battery backup so that if there is a power failure the garage door opener will still operate. I also paid to have the technician replace the rollers. Rudy did the installation quickly and the company responded in a timely fashion to my request for installation. All the employees were very professional.

Description of Work: They reinstalled a garage door opener. The tech gave me the honest truth about what was needed and my options. Also he let me know that the garage door opener was probably on its last legs (10 years old) so I might as well replace the unit. The installation was quick, I had a same day appointment. The tech was friendly and honest. While I wish this had cost less, the final product was one where the door works better than before, is quieter than before and has a couple of extra features.

Description of Work: I have a double garage--with two doors.. Right after the Premier service man left, one of the doors started making a lot of noise and would not close.. I called the company and he came back to advise that I needed a new opener--"the shaft was old and bent" he said.. the approx cost he said would be about $4-500 for a replacement..I went to Sears, spent just over $200 for a new opener.. When the Sears service man came out to install it, he looked at the old opener and said I have a replacement part that will fix the original opener.. the total cost would be about $200 or so.. I returned the newly purchased opener to Sears and had him replace the part.. All Premier had to do was the same thing--but they did not.. the work (inspection, replacing rollers, etc.), was all well done and there are no complaints there..
