Company was fine with promising to refund my investment. Company actually tried to refund, but could not determine how to do it. I called the 1-888-944-5478 and received the appropriate steps. I appreciate it.

Description of Work: Very professional. I needed a new opener because the old chain was making awful sounds. He installed a really quiet opener and I am very satisfied with the purchase. The best part was that he was not engaging in any hard sales tactics. Would recommend.
