Precision Garage Door

Precision Garage Door responded to our request promptly and arranged for a visit the following day. The technician happened to be in the area a bit earlier than the appointment time and asked if he could come early, which worked out well. He was knowledgeable and efficient. We'll certainly call them again if we have any problems with the garage door in the future.

They were very professional and did a great job. I plan to use them again for future work.

Fabulous! First of all to get someone on a Sunday is amazing! I called at 0800, Gary called me at approximately 0830 and he was here by 0915. Incredible! He is very knowledgeable and proficient at what he does and it was all done by 1030!

The door broke early in the morning as i was leaving for work--before most companies open. I was anxious for a quick fix so as not to disrupt the day waiting for someone to show up, or even worse, waiting until the next day. Imagine my surprise when Precision Door answered their phone at 6:15 in the morning (they answer their phones 24 hours a day). I arranged for a technician to come out to the house between 8 and 10 the same day. They said they would call first. They sent a confirmation email with the technician?s picture so my wife would know who to expect. Just before 8, she was called and he arrived promptly at 8. He was professional and courteous, diagnosed the problem immediately, and gave her several options with prices. We chose a package that included replacement of most parts, rather than just one or two, including putting in the right spring to avoid the same problem happening again. The technician was very professional, highly knowledgeable, and courteous. We are very pleased with the service and results and delighted with the extremely quiet door.

The company emailed me and sent a picture and the name of the service man so I knew who would be coming to my house. The service man called to verify his time and my location. Service took 30 minutes and was worth the cost.

They did a great job and if i need work on the garage door again I will use them again.

Fixed it the right way! Gave me choices and prices, while providing information on which type of springs are good or bad and why. Very informative and educational. He knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he observed the door and fixed it.

The technician called before he came out. He arrived promptly. I agreed with his assessment of my old garage door opener. It was beyond repair. He had a new unit on his truck and started in right away on the replacement. He finished the install quickly, cleanly, and explained everything professionally. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. He seemed to know what he was doing but he was telling me my spring needed replacing that's why it was sliding down, but the price he quoted me was crazy. He said it was like $700. It was way overpriced as far as I was concerned. I think he was pretty straight and the company seemed pretty good. I needed another remote garage door opener and he happened to have one there so I did purchase that and I thought it was a reasonable price. I thought they would call me once I bought it and I had to call them, but once I called them, they made the appointment right away. I bought other things on Angie's List and they called me right away. This was like I was wondering when they were going to get to me.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great. He was very honest and punctual. He was very professional. He was prompt and thorough. He was an overall nice person. He was good. I would absolutely use them again.

My garage door would not close without a hold in the bottom, get overall, and any oil that it coarse and tested out. But the only problem I had was that it did not even close. I will give them an A all the way.

My Spring broke on a Sunday morning. I called and found Precision Garage Doors worked on Sundays and could repair the door that day. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and got the job done. I was very pleased with the work and that it was done on Sunday. The cost was a little pricey.

Making an appointment and the arrival and knowledge of the technician were all satisfactory. I was a little set back by the overall cost but the technician answered all my questions, I viewed all the parts that were replaced and I watched the entire service. Since the house was built in the seventies and it looked like to me that the garage door opener hadn't been serviced in at least 15 years, I was happy to pay the total cost and I am satisfied with the complete process.

They serviced it and did the inspection. He did a good job on it. He reprogrammed the garage door opener so it works better. He also oiled up the door so it was a little smoother. However, when he did do this, he got some oil on the front of the door.

Everything went well. They arrived on time, had an easy scheduling process, and did the work as promised.

Came on time, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to fix everything in a timely manner.

At the time the tech was so knowledgable and friendly I had to go with their service again when my motor went out a few months later. The techs were able to replace the motor and add some much needed support to the door in under an hour and a half. What else can I say the door works perfect and the motor is incredibly quite, which having the master right above the garage it is so much nicer not to have to hear it opening and closing. Thanks Precision.

I contacted Precision, and they sent a technician within two hours. He repaired the garage door opener. He also recommended that the bearings in the door be replaced, and that the door be lubricated. All services were performed satisfactorily. The technician seemed highly competent.

Precision Door was great to deal with. My garage door had gotten stuck halfway open and was about to come off the tracks. I was impressed to get a live operator even though I called after hours, she got me scheduled for first thing the following morning. Rudy and Diego arrived promptly and had all work completed within an hour. They gave me several options on what could be done, explaining each one and answered any questions. I chose to have the door overhauled, which means I now have a warranty on the work done, and a garage door that is probably better than it was when new. They also gave me great tips on how to maintain the door and keep it running smoothly. I have no problems recommending these guys, they were great!
