Rudy arrived on time, was very professional (and friendly) He explained what he was doing, discussed what problems I have had, and completed his work in a very short time. He really knew what he was doing.

We purchased the Angie's List deal for a tune up and roller replacement for $129.00 and to my surprise was contacted within an hour to schedule a time for the technician to come out. Even better was that these services were able to be completed on the same day! We worked with Rudy and found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly! He thoroughly went over the work he was going to preform and was happy to answer the many questions I had. The services were completed in a timely fashion and no longer does our garage door sound like it is going to fly off the hinges. We would highly recommend Precision to anyone with garage door issues.

The tech reconnected my garage door to the opener, straightened and oiled the rails and made sure that everything was working smoothly. He also checked the opener in the car and the opener on the outside of the garage door. He was pleasant, knowledgable and professional. He also gave me recommendations of what I might need to address in the future.Fi

Everything went really well. The company responded very quickly and had someone out within days of me calling to schedule. The technician was right on time, he knew exactly what to do, and he did a great job in all respects.

Had some things replaced. I feel like they did a great job because now it is much quit and sturdier. They gave me a lot of different options with different price quotes, I greatly appreciated them going above and beyond. Will and his assistant gave me the courtesy of calling me and giving me and approximate time of arrival, this showed a lot of professionalism.

We didn't like the service that we got. In the end, it turned out that the young man that came out and check out the garage door opener that we had was correct that the whole thing needed to be replaced. He didn't really go through and do much testing on it or anything else. He just kind of once over the thing and said, I think you need a whole new garage door opener. To us, that came across as more of a walking in, intending to try and sell us new garage door opener s opposed to repairing the old one. We let him check it out and we took and advisement. We run an appointment with another company who locally where the guy a much more thorough check out of the whole system. He went and look for a replacement motor for it. He did some other things to what we call was a lot more work on it, a lot more effort. We did wind up eventually purchasing a new garage door opener and a more powerful one. Upfront it just struck as the guy wasn't willing to do the work, check it out and offer some alternatives on what to do with it. It turns out in the end he was right, we were going to need one. It came across as a 10 minute check and then trying to sell us a new garage door opener. We went quite a long time without a garage door opener. We were lifting a very heavy wooden garage door by hand. I give the a C overall, not necessarily they have a lack of expertise but we just didn't like the way it came across. It seemed like he was doing a very casual check and then concentrating on selling us something as opposed to repairing the problem. They were pretty quick on the turnaround. He was here when they said he was going to be here. He was a nice guy and he was professional. It just devolved to more of a marketing pitch versus repair assessment. The guy who came out was in his 20s. He was doing a good job but he just gave up a cursory look.

Went just fine. The technician explained his effort and answered all my questions.

It went okay. I was surprised on how expensive it was and that particular brand of garage door I found out after it was installed can only be serviced apparently and maintained it to warranty by that particular company. You can't buy a controller garage door opener or anything like that from anybody else and things like that which was a surprise for me. As far as the service is concerned, what they did and the garage door opener itself, it was fine. When they came they basically said that we can't fix it and I need to have it replaced. The replacement was hundreds of dollars, I can't remember, it's $400 or $500, somewhere around that amount. It has a very large motor that runs it which is an industrial strength which isn't probably needed for a home. They didn't tell us upfront that they were going to be the only ones that would be able to service it for the warranty and to get anything else. They came when they were supposed to. Maybe I'll use them for a tune-up.

.It went well other than he needed assistance and tools from me to install the weather stripping on the garage doors properly. Fortunately I was there to help and had the tools to assist him.

Called Precision this morning at 7:40 and Gary was here by 8:15 or so. Replaced both springs and did a tuneup of the door. Excellent response and excellent professionalism.

They were very professional. They took all of the remnants of the old garage door then they installed the new one. They also installed a new garage door opener (the belt type) which is very quite. Overall, the crew did an outstanding job. I was very impressed with their service. They were at my house at the time they promised and they finished the installation and testing in about two hours. A few weeks after the installation, I dropped my remote control and it fell apart. I called Precision Garage and they came over and helped me put it back together. That's service!!

The gentleman "Will" was wonderful and very patient. He answered all my questions and did a great job.

The garage door replacement experience went exactly as the rep outlined. Precision door was timely and professional and I would use them again and am happy to recommend them.

Great, he called and said he could come earlier than scheduled. He told me what he could do and I accepted. He was within the time frame and $$ he quoted. He was nice and not pushy. He would have only installed a spring to replace the one that broke if that is what I chose. I gave the $$ part of this, not a high rating because I didn't research or price around and took convience over intelligence. Hopefully it stays as wonderful as it is now. I would do it again. Gary was GREAT.

Very well. the appointment was easy to schedule at a convenient time. The technician arrived at the appointed time and completed the work very quickly. He then gave us a reasonable price on some additional work we may do later. The garage door is now much quieter and works better over all.

I called Precision late Wednesday afternoon. The service technician arrived shortly after 8:00 on Thursday morning, and the repairs were completed in less than two hours. I was advised that I would receive a lifetime warranty on the materials installed.

I am very satisfied. Rudy was very nice, called me to find out if her could come earlier, since he had finished the previous job early. Answered any questions I had in a complete and courteous way. Fixed the garage door which wasn't closing all the way. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

It went very well. He applied the what I paid for the inspection to the price of the part replacement. He was able to replace it within the next day and did a very good job.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. They came out right at the time they said they would. I had no dislikes. I think they were very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

no down time was necessary. I was VERY satisfied with the I thought it might just need to have a new spring on the smaller garage, but when he showed me what the larger door needed as well, I had it all completed at the same time; rollers, springs, lubricated and they both work now with absolutely NO noise. The guy was on time, right date, worked quickly and had everything he needed with him no down time. I was VERY pleased with the contact and the work completed. The project costs more than I estimated, but he did more than I requested, all of which probably needed to be done.
