I received specific instructions just over the phone and I was able to reset my garage door utilizing my new purchased remote. I was so happy with their advice and it was so empowering to get this needed task done!

Very good service, nice technician, very professional. One complaint is that I was quoted around $200, but it ended up to be $1100, so a bit of a shock.

The Tech was very personnel, knowledgeable and professional in everything he did. He was very thorough and efficient.

Called for a quote to replace a spring, they quoted me 120-180 with 60 for trip. Guy showed up, he suddenly has an ipad out and he's trying to sell three different tiers of sales packages, with 300 for the springs, 50 for "lube and tune", and 60 for the trip for the CHEAPEST package. I asked why there is another labor charge on the second spring, he says $150 is the cost of the spring itself because it's a powder treated, top of the line, blah blah blah (apparently there was no labor charge for either - generous). Other packages included replacing all bearings (which were brand new nylons) at 1 year warranty tier and bearings plus a whole bunch of other unnecessary part replacement at the "lifetime" warranty tier. After making it clear I wasn't happy with any of them, he decided my bearings didn't need replacement but my end plates did. I let him replace them for the 1 year warranty and because I was sick of arguing. This company runs a typical bait and switch, quote a reasonable price on the phone then fleece you with added charges once they have you on the hook with a "trip charge". I will never use them again, and highly recommend you look elsewhere for your garage door service needs.

They were fast on the repair, gud at explaining the problem and used quality materials with a good warranty. It was a very expensive repair but I feel that they were honest and professional.

They came fast, did a nice job. It was really expensive but I appreciate the good service and that they really do a great job. My door works very well now and is even a lot quieter. The technician was really nice and I liked him.

It is not cheap, but the response to fix my problems was excellent. I needed a new garage door opener. Mine was 20 years old. And, one of the springs was broken in half. So, I had to replace both which is normal. The technician didn't try to give me any B.S. and he gave me 3 options to choose from. No complaints. The job was well done.

They repaired the door well, after trying to sell us repairs that were not needed and expensive warranties. If I need to buy a 1 year warranty for new door springs, then the product is inferior to begin with! I resent the "hard sell" when all I needed was new springs. I felt like I was in a car repair/ gas station on the freeway. I would not use them again. I'm not stupid. High prices also.

Do not hire this company! Precision Garage Door does shoddy work, uses inferior materials and is difficult to deal with. I regret getting a garage door installed by this untrustworthy company. I should have done my research! It has been over a year and I still do not have a door that I can use. They do not seem to know how to install doors properly. I was charged $1,139.50 for a new door. After using the door a few months I was charged $278.09 for a **crashed door** The door broke down without any external force. The owner, Craig Amundson, came out a couple of times, who I need to point out is not a certified garage door installer, and tried to diagnose the problem himself. About a year later, Craig Amundson and Patrick Slater, the representative for Amarr Heritage doors, also not a certified garage door installer, determined that the problem was my Genie garage door opener. My opener is new and in good condition. The employees of this company are poorly trained on any kind of openers. Now they want $450 for an opener and $250 to fix the broken door, track and rollers. The owner has yelled at me and even hung up on me. Craig Amundson does not stand behind his work or his promises. If this review saves anyone the trouble, time and money these guys have cost me, it was well worth it. Please save yourself a lot of headaches. Hire someone else.

The technician explained all options. He worked quickly and efficiently. He showed me how to maintenance the door and made sure I understood how everything worked. It was a very good experience and I would definitely use Precision again.
