Tech arrived quickly, was very friendly, and proficient and was able to get the door open. Since the internal mechanism of the door handle was no longer functional, Pop-a-lock replaced it. Everything works really well and have had no problems since (the only strange part was that the new handle color does not come close to matching the rest of the hardware, but the price and quality of service was right!).

Kathy called me back quickly after I left a message with the receptionist. I had problems with several different locks, and I was looking for a quote to find out how much it would cost to get them fixed. Kathy gave me ideas of both things to look for and things to try. It would have been so easy for a visit to be scheduled and for me to have gotten those answers with the charge of a service call, but Kathy took the time on the phone to listen, understand, and explain the best way forward. I was very impressed with her friendliness, helpfulness, and integrity. Next time I need a locksmith, she is definitely the one I will call!

Appointment time wasn't a window; it was time. Provider appeared on time, completed the tasks promptly and correctly. Provider was friendly and professional, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was working smoothly. All future related business goes to this company as a result of this experience.

"PAL Saves Kids" service was provided for free because child locked in car. The operator was helpful and re-assuring and the responder, Antonio, saved the day! He came in less than 10 minutes and was very kind about the whole thing. Thank you.

I liked them because they didn't charge me - the worker swore at me and was nasty, so they figured no one should have to put up with that. Then they had a decent gentleman come out and do the work. 1 hour later I couldn't get in with a key, so the owner came out. He said it was dirty and that's why it didn't work.

Called at 0810, Antonio arrived at 0910. Took some effort to dislodge the failed latch, but he was successful. Replaced latch with a spare from an old lockset that I had. Great job, great service. Total time was one hour. Really appreciated the quick response.

Anthony changed all the locks on my house. He did a fabulous job, was on time, courteous and professional. I would recommend him to everyone.

Company employees showed professionalism, expertise, competence, and most important, customer satisfaction. They actually stopped by in advance of the appointment to look at the work to be done so that they could send the appropriate personnel. They all were very personable, prompt, and did a great job. I would definitely use Pop-a-Lock again and would highly recommend them.

Sometimes stuff comes easy, sometimes not. My deadbolt was persnickety; I'm sure that these good folks didn't make any money on a fixed price bid, especially with the coupon. But, in the end, they were patient, professional and pleasant and the job was done right. A pleasure to do business with.

It was a Saturday afternoon; a tenant could not access his house and the person who had just rekeyed the lock was unavailable to diagnose/correct the problem so I reached Pop A Lock after trying several other locksmiths. They responded quickly and professionally. I would definately use them again.

As I was in a parking lot retrieving a cart I saw the open car door slowly swing shut and was mortified when I realized that I had locked the doors and set my purse (with keys) on the seat next to my toddler's car seat. My daughter sat happily munching her pretzels while I called the police on a good Samaritan's cell phone. The police arrived within a few minutes and were unable to get into my car. They called Pop A Lock, who offers free service when children or animals are locked inside vehicles. They arrived within about ten minutes and immediately unlocked my car. I am so thankful to them and they will be my locksmith of choice in the future if needed.

I have used them before and am still impressed with their work and affordability.
