Description of Work: This company failed to respond to several phone calls. I left voice messages with explicit information regarding a residential paving job, but they did not respond. Perhaps there is so much work in Santa Fe that paving companies just don't have time to repond, or don't have the ability to do the job?

Staff was professional - clearly explained our options and gave us a prompt estimate. When we accepted the bid, they scheduled with us immediately for a Saturday when the parking lots would be empty. I came in on Monday to discover that they had not been completed, but an email was waiting in my box alerting me as to why. It had rained the night before and they could not apply the sealent until the cracks were dry. We re-scheduled for the following weekend and the project was completed as agreed upon.
Description of Work: Filled cracks in parking lots with rubberized sealent.

Our business's parking lot was in great need of repair, with lots of cracks and puddling. Dave at PLR explained the process and our options the most clearly, in a way that a layperson could understand. The price was in the range of other companies, and the quality of work and attention to detail and service is high. I highly recommend this company for your parking lot repair needs.
Description of Work: Applied 1.5" overlay (asphalt) and 1 coat of seal coat, plus re-striping. Fix areas that puddle as able. Also addressed our concerns about potential toxicity of seal coat and recommended another option (asphalt based sealer) at the same cost (and it looks great).
