 + 0 morezero customer service, rude attitudes from the top down, heaven help you if you have a questiion, they hand you a map of the facilicty that is about 30% accurate
Description of Work: Rude employees, zero customer service, zero pricing until you are at the register. If you want to be invisible this is the place to shop for plants.

 + -1 moreI originally thought of just getting one big tree, but at $200, an $85 in town delivery was steep, so I bought three, especially when I learned that the trees in that quad were 25% off! I wish someone would have let me know when I first walked through... It was the end of the season, so not as much left, but still they had a lot of nice stuff. The folks inside were fairly knowledgeable and helpful. I ran into a couple shopping in the yard who were completely clueless and I offered them some help. Picking out their fruitless cherry. They don't carry much in terms of drought tolerant or natives, but they do have nice stuff. The delivery guys showed up right on time, and were in a bit of a rush. We had to haul the trees into my back yard with a ball dolly. That was fun. But then I was left to dig in and cut off the wire & plastic wrap. That took some time. In all it was a positive experience. They were professional, courteous, and on time.
Description of Work: (Please note**All my reviews are based on C= average, not A= average. A's are for excellence only.) I purchased three trees for delivery. Two B&B Celtis Occidentalize (western hackberry)and a 15 gal Vitex + delivery. Once we got my contractor's identity straight, I was free to roam the yard. Big place, you had better go with someone who knows plants well.
