Pest Bird Management

I had an ongoing issue with both pigeons and mourning doves living under my solar panels. The mourning doves were also nesting and both species were producing prodigious amounts of bird poop. Bird Pest Management placed PVC coated wire mesh around the panels, installed bird spikes on top of the chimney and a couple of other vents and applied a non-toxic chemical which discourages roosting to ridgelines and other roosting areas. Service was prompt, professional and high quality. I had evaluated some similar DIY solutions and feel their materials were of better quality, simpler more durable design and more likely to last. (and didn't involve the danger of me falling off the roof) They guarantee their work and I have every confidence it will be effective.

A small job by Ron's standards but one he attacked as if I was his most valued customer. His crew was prompt, efficient and thorough. Clean up of waste was meticulous. After two weeks, some birds (or possibly a different flock) tried to return. Ron's crew came back and reapplied repellant material and cleaned up once again. Ron guarantees his work and stands by his guarantees. I greatly appreciate Ron and his crew for his for their professionalism, and although I have moved, I will continue to use his services should I ever need them again. Before the work was done, Ron inspected the area and wrote a detailed description of the work to be performed. There was a 50% down payment on the estimate. There was a delay in getting the work done due to weather, but once the weather warmed up an appointment was scheduled. They showed up on time and the work, which involved climbing via ladder to the balcony and the roof was performed in one day. Ron discussed in detail the mitigation procedures to be performed and is very knowledgeable about pigeon roosting habits. Ron was very conscious about installing the bird lines and mesh so that it was barely visible. We are very pleased with the work performed.

Ron actually showed up a few days early. The work was completed swiftly and efficiently. Cleanup was complete. After the work was complete, the birds immediately returned to the roof but rapidly became confused. They left within minutes. An occasional bird will perch on the roof ridge at the furthest edge but will soon leave. Ron is very personable and professional. He explained every step of his procedure. Ron follows up on his work. He checks to make sure the treatment has worked satisfactorily and the birds have indeed left. I highly recommend his company and service.
