I had no problems getting a prompt appointment with Brandon. He was able to accomodate my schedule and showed up right on time. He is very professional and friendly and is very knowledgable in his job. PDI guarantees their work, so they will come and respray if the initial application doesn't take care of the problem. Knowing that I have indoor pets, they have a low-toxicity formula that can be used inside that won't affect my animals. I have nothing but good things to say about PDI--they provide excellent and timely service and their pricing is very reasonable. PDI is a family-owned company and you can tell that they take pride in providing good customer service. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We had a black widow infestation around the exterior of our home. Brandon, the technician with PDI, came out and found several nests and sprayed around the whole exterior of our home as well as inside our home with a low-toxicity formula.
