Description of Work: P.C.S. Electric installed electrical disconnects for us and they also worked on the panel to accommodate them.

Description of Work: We own a small apartment complex that had an extremely old 60-amp service. The breakers were always popping and it was causing a lot of problems for our tenants. Patrick from PCS came out to gave us a bid, which turned out to be several thousand dollars less than the other electrical contractors we'd contacted. We were a bit hesitant at first, but he had come on referral from another landlord we know well and Patrick showed up on time and had a fully stocked professional service truck, so we booked the job. Patrick dealt with all of the permitting with the city, and even helped us select and work with an electrical engineer in town in order to get the stamps we needed on the plans for the new service load, meters, etc. About 2 weeks later, once we had all of the approvals, PCS showed up first thing in the morning (on time!) and built the ENTIRE new service in 1 day. When the city inspector came, PCS had no violations on their work (yay!) and everything got a green approval tag. Over the years, we've hired lots of "skilled trade" people, and PCS was by FAR the best experience we've ever had with any type of contractor. We only wish he did other work besides just electrical, because we still can't find a decent general contractor. The service him and his crew built still works great and we've had no problems with it at all. In fact, he is now our go-to electrican for everything we need done. His prices are very reasonable even on small service repair calls (installing new lights, etc.) Highly recommended; We've found the electrician we'll be sticking with for good.
