+ -1 morePhil Weldon is very good to work with and quick to understand what you want and does it exactly like you want it done. As I said, he has worked for me for five or six years, coming to my house every two weeks during the growing season. He keeps my neighbors happy by keeping my yard neat and weed free.
Description of Work: Phil Weldon has worked for me doing my yard work for 5 or 6 years. I have gravel in my front yard and lawn in the back with many trees and bushes. He is thorough, neat, and skilled at maintaining bushes and trees in this dry climate. He mows my lawn every two weeks and then we discuss what else needs to be done. He is good to work with and never stops until he's done. Some weeks there is little to do and some weeks, it's a major trimming job or sprinkler heads that need attention or, in the fall, leaf removal. He also hauls materials away. I pay a flat fee for that. Otherwise, I pay him by the hour. I keep using him year after year.
