+ -1 moreHe did not disclose that the sales agreement had expired. He continued to act as if the sales agreement was valid and that we would lose our $1600 earnest money. He did not disclose the proximity of a funeral home to the residence. A violation of the brokers duties and responsibilities as part of the sales agreement.
