Mario Quintana, owner, was personable, professional and kept me informed. He responded quickly with an itemized bid. His crew worked very hard and were clean. The roof turned out fabulous. This was my best bid and extras were included. I highly recommend this group.

Mario and his crew took down the old tiles and install new tiles 40 square in 4 days and we got a beautiful new tile roof. Excellent job by paraiso builders

My roof & patio looks awesome! Received compliments from my neighbors. Mario was fantastic! He worked with my insurance and I received my claim. PB removed my existing roof & replaced my asphalt shingled roof. They also installed TPO over my flat patio cover. Only quality materials were used. The crew were proficient and professional and my property was left very clean. They completed the project in 2 days, considering extensive framing had to be completed on my patio before installing the TPO. Yes, they did that also. Best part was their pricing. Very Highly Recommended. Furthermore, I found out that they also do stucco. I plan on doing that project next spring. If they do stucco like they do roofing, its highly likely that I will see them in the very near future.

They were here early to start the day and quiet fast There were enough people to do the job efficiently 18 squares and gone by lunch leavening a clean yard and a well installed roof

They installed a new TPO flat roof over about an 1800 sq ft area. The workers showed up on time and were very courteous. Just the foreman spoke English but that was not a problem. They put in a 12 hour day and got the job finished in one day which I did not expect. They had to come back the next day to do some cleanup but no problem. The quality of the work was very good and the price was very competitive. Would definitely recommend them. Neome is very easy to work with.

Naomi was a pleasure to work with. I interviewed 4 different companies, but she is the only person that pointed out that my fireplace chimney had seriously degraded and was in need of repair too. I looked at it and agreed. Her company was licensed to do that work as well. So rather than hire two different companies, I chose Paraiso Builders to do everything and am very pleased that I did.
