It went extremely well...the job cost came in as estimated, and we are absolutely pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Mr Madrid provided me with an estimate of approximately 8000.00 to convert our garage into a den. This included all electrical, flooring, sheetrocking, stucco, insulation, ceiling fan, track lights, cable TV routing and cutting an entranceway from the adjacent living room. Also included was the fabrication of a wall where the garage door was and the installation of two windows
