Starting with the estimate, the owner went into detail of providing a part of the service that is listed on the paperwork which ended up being the deciding factor for us choosing them, because he spoke of the service in such detail I assumed he checked it off on the paperwork. Well, it wasn't marked so they didn't do it and when I asked he said "well its not on the paperwork and unless you find where I wrote we were doing it"- so great here I am feeling stupid and scammed. Besides doing the job two weeks late, there was more damage done to the inside structure of they still need to repair. The crew was loud and careless. They threw materials and stomped around so much that they cracked the inside beams of our cealing. The owner came to collect the money on time of course at 7:30 AM, the payment was cashed and cleared the bank but the company called several times stating they didn't get payment. When he came in to check damage he said he would have someone repair the damage and were still waiting. The overall experience has been a headache, I feel like the owner took advantage of my being a female and of course its my fault for not going over the details better.
