Ernesto and his co-worker were awesome, had a failed water heater expansion take, had one with them, less than 20, old out new one intalled and working great!!! One Stop has done several jobs for us, delighted with every job👏👏👏👏👏😉🤜🏼🤛🏼👍🏼👍🏼 highly recommend😃

I was referred to him by my home insurance company. He showed up once to look at my issue and scheduled a second day to come fix the problem. He never showed up. He doesn’t answer his phone or return calls. Now I have to fight my insurance company the service fee I paid for him never showing up. If you want a headache, he’s your man. Good luck.

clean up was not good. They also agreed to repair some cracks in stucco while they were doing the parapets. The outside of my house now looks like a shack that was thrown up and patched. I would not recommend them for anything involving stucco.

He is excellent. He can do just about anything and he does everything very well. I would highly recommend him.

Ernesto is terrific. To let you know what kind of guy he is, I wrote him a check for work and 2 months later I noticed that the check hadn't cleared the bank. I called him and he thought he had cashed the check. So, I wrote him another check and he said if he found the old one he would rip it up. He did find the check and made a special trip to the house so that I could tear it up.
