One Fix Sprinkers

It went very badly. They quoted us $2,500 to do the repair but in the end had to completely redo our lawn and system making the cost go up to $8000. We have tried calling them but haven't gotten a return phone call back. They also promised to come back out and make sure things were getting wet but haven't. We then hired a new company to get to the root of the problem. The problem was actually with our well. We have been in touch with the pump company that consulted One Fix Sprinklers about our well to begin with. The pump company said without a doubt that our problem came from our well not sprinkler system. To fix that we would have needed a new well or to perform an acid treatment. One Fix Sprinklers didn't inform us of this and insisted it was our sprinkler system not well that was making the problem. We were misinformed, misquoted, paid way more money then expected and still haven't gotten a return phone call.
