On the Ball Movers

The worst experience ever Horrible. Richard the so called owner arrived with his helper on the 11/11/2017 They arrived an Hour Late, I pointed out my most expensive furniture and what I expected from them I told them to please be careful with that piece, My airmore worth $2800 that's the first thing they picked up and it slipped from his helpers hand, I thought okay I will give them the benefit of the doubt so I walked away, My older daughter watched them ,they took it to truck and slammed it and broke the corner, he went and got me to show it to me, to say the least I was very upset, He went and got a hammer and started hammering it, I told him to stop that he was making it worse,i told him that I also noticed they were high I could smell them at that point he said well my workers has a medical card to smoke, I said I cant believe you come to work like that ,he said okay ,I cancel it all and I said I don't think its a good idea you continue anyway, the first piece you damage, At that point he said I will pay for the damage , he said just get an estimate, I got an estimate on 11/25/2017 for the amount of $188.00 I sent it to him, and called him on 11/27/2017 to see if he received it and he said I am not paying for anything do what you have to but I am not paying. I want everyone out there to be careful with them
