+ -1 moreThat day he called and said he couldn't make it. I called to set up a new appointment and now he won't return my call. I'm not sure what happened.
Description of Work: I went to his place of business and was very impressed with what I saw. We set up an appointment for him to come make an estimate. He came out and looked at it. He quoted me a price for two glass windows to be installed. We set a date for him to come out on the 20th of May.

+ -1 moreA young man owns the company. The price was very reasonable. He was real good. The quality of work that he did was really top notch. The only problem I had wasn't with him exactly. He doesn't do the installation himself and so he gave me a couple of names to select. I selected one of the two guys that he recommended and that guy had an attitude. I didn't like that part of the job. The part that he did himself, he does a good job. The guy, who came here for the installation, came with a helper. The minute he got here, he was already yelling at him. In about 10 minutes after that, the other guy just disappeared and was gone for about 40 minutes. I didn't know what his problem was.
Description of Work: I had a couple of glass block windows put in two different bathrooms by Old Town Glass Block Co.

+ -1 moreSam Newmon was a pleasure to deal with at every step of the process, from design through delivery. He was always friendly, professional and eager to help us with our project. Our builder was going to install the windows, so Sam gave us detailed directions on the best way to do the installation. His finished product is beautiful.
Description of Work: They built 6 framed glass block windows for our addition and sold us 4 ready-to-install single blocks.

+ -1 moreI LIKE THE GLASS BLOCKS A LOT MORE THAN THE PLAIN WINDOW. IT LOOKS REALLY NEAT AND NOT ONLY THAT THEY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB. THEY WERE REALLY EXPERIENCED PROS, I COULD EASILY TELL.
Description of Work: THEY TOOK OUT AN EXISTING WINDOW IN MY BASEMENT AND REPLACED IT WITH GLASS BLOCKS.
