O'Connor Brothers Design Build

The O’Connor Brothers Design Build did an excellent job, an all metal carport, from helping me design it to the completed work. From the beginning of the job to the completed work they communicated clearly with me, were on time and on budget.

Fantastic! The final product surpassed our hopes! They were easy to work with, and their confidence and creativity inspired the same in us. Their combined skills in woodworking, welding, plastering, plumbing, electrical, tiling, and attention to detail left a beautiful imprint in our home. They were respectful and considerate, being very aware of the challenge posed to us of living in a construction zone. They were careful and attentive with all the details such as hanging plastic 'walls' to separate the construction zone from the living zone. At the end of each day, before they left they made sure the house was as cleaned up as possible, and that the electrical and water were turned back on. The O'Connor Brothers were consistently reliable and accountable. They arrived when they said they would and completed everything they said they would do, both daily and regarding the entire project. This made such an impact, given that during construction your lives are turned upside down and not much is reliable. As a bonus, their daily playlists and easy laughter made the presence of people knocking your house apart much less painful!

They made several excellent suggestions to improve the project and did a fantastic job, under budget and well within the timeline. They are excellent communicators and kept me posted at every step, and are just really great human beings. I would recommend them for ANY project without hesitation.

We enjoyed working with them through the entire process. Their design incorporated aesthetics and functionality, and the doors and gates are very strong and sturdy. We are thrilled with the results.

Great! Despite a number of delays due to my Home Owners Association, Jason stuck it out and accommodated the need for revised drawings until we got the green light. It was a very positive collaboration. Not only did he create a panel that reduced my wind, he also followed my design and enhanced it! It is not only functional it is beautiful!

The whole process was great! The job I had the bros do was pretty challenging in that we wanted to save a 30+ year existing wisteria that had grown in and around the former trellis. We had the bros demo the existing structure and weld a new steel trellis in it's place. They did a great job and saved the wisteria! The vine is growing nicely around the new structure and am confident the steel structure the bros built will last forever. Very professional, friendly, hard-working, and skilled. The O?Connor Brothers have designed and installed three projects for me over the past year and a half. They include renovation of two gates and installation of two trellises all of which were designed to solve safety issues and landscaping needs. I should point out that these projects not only solved functional issues but also enhanced the esthetics of the property. All of them integrated completely with the existing constructions. When encountering installation issues not apparent in the original proposals, I was consulted and a solution was mutually reached. They came to the project on schedule with the appropriate materials and completed the projects as promised and on time. They kept the work site clean and safe throughout each project. Their skills and mastery of their art and craft, in this case welding, are undeniable. Above all I value their competence; when the work was finished, there was no question in my mind that it was true; that it was built to last; and that they would stand by their work. This ethic is challenging to find and much to be valued.

From start to finish, the experience was perfect. They told us when they would arrive, and they were there. They worked methodically and had fun doing their work. As they became in tune with our brick patio and backyard, they began to make subtle changes to the design. They always ran their ideas with us for approval, and we let them do what they suggested, and we loved the outcome. They listened to what we wanted and we listened to their suggestions, and the result was fantastic. The best of best is that their work requires no maintenance. It will stay beautiful forever!
