If I could give A+++ ratings I would. Not only is Norm an exceptional real estate agent at the time you are selling/purchasing, he offers "service for life". Norm is the one I have turned to for any real estate questions I have had in the 6 years since I bought my house. Norm has never failed to be professional, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly even though my questions did not involve a "sale". I highly recommend him if you are considering selling or buying a home. He is the voice of calm and reassurance during what can be a highly stressful and expensive time.
