Description of Work: I originally noted that one of the prongs to a solitaire (25 yrs old) was damaged. I took the ring in for repair and the staff immediately realized it also needed it sized. She also noted my wedding band (ArtCarved, looks like a graduation ring) was also very tight-hadn't been off in 20+years. She gently asked me to have it sized of as well-for safety. Their jeweler used a ring saw to cut it off-taking pauses as needed as the saw generates heat as it cuts. I really appreciated how sympathetic and patient they were with me. They asked me to wait 2 weeks before having my wedding band sized so it would be more accurate. I am very pleased with the result and fit of both rings and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Description of Work: They replaced a clasp on a necklace, and it works great now. Also, I haven't worn my engagement ring for a while, but he added tips to the prongs and moved a prong back into place, which no other jeweler wanted to do. I'm so happy I can wear my ring again.

Description of Work: My husband and I were shopping for a new diamond ring for me. We liked a ring they had there on consignment . It had a visible flaw(cracked stone) which they said they would replace after calling the owner of the ring. My problem is that they did not disclose the defect when first showing us the ring. I will just say " Buyer beware"

The owners were very friendly and offered different suggestions. When I left they said they would have the ring and earrings ready by Fri. Later in the afternoon I received a call telling me that the jewelry was ready!
Description of Work: Bought a new diamond for a ring and had earrings made out of the smaller diamonds from the ring.

The young lady behind the counter put me at ease because she was charming and assured me I would be happy with the repair. I am! The ring was ready in less than a week, the repair is flawless and they also fixed some scratches and wear on the gold. A beautiful job at a very reasonable price.

I dropped it off on a Friday and they had it ready on Saturday! (way earlier than I expected). It was done beautifully and it was cleaned to perfection! Very nice staff. The quote was well within the range they gave me.
