As mentioned above, the repair was done quickly and I was on my way. All the work I have ever had done by this shop has been performed efficiently and correctly, so I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone no matter how small or large the repair needed. ( My car is a 2005 PT Cruiser.)

One thing I liked about this particular job is that they pressure washed the engine and asked me to bring it back in a week or so to re-check for leaks. They're always very flexible and do a great job explaining what they do to the vehicle.

They have a clean shop, good coffee, personable staff, and do work in a timely manner. Oh, and on this review, since there is no star by the address, it should not be required. There is always some b******** crap with these sites.

They were so professional and polite. I turned to Angie's List to find someone to work on my vehicle. My car hasn't had any problems since I went there. Months later I had no idea what happened to the final receipt that they gave me, they were so nice about it and faxed me a new receipt.

I took the car to the shop and we drove around so that I could demonstrate the noise that the car was marking. They kept my car for a day to diagnose the problem. They called and told us that the problem was related to the tires and that no repairs were needed. I appreciate the honesty and thoroughness of the staff and will readily bring my business to Nob Hill.

I had a very fine experience with them, excellent, they are very polite, very efficient, don't keep me waiting very long and they seem to be very effective at what they do. The price didn't offend me and I will use them again.

It all went very well. I got my car back a little later than they estimated, but I'm ok with that.

Price was right, work was not. Worried that the work they have performed may not be legit. There have been several small issues over the approx year and a half I have been using them, all which seem to be adding up. The first couple of times I used this business they were great, bent over backwards with the extra touches, ect. Then when I began to inquire about scheduled maintenence, not just oil changes, they got that glazed eye look and they didn't really have much to offer or comment. As a matter of fact, had I not paid attention that after they changed a belt the month prior, they were going to do it again when clearly, per the maintenence schedule, would not be due for a long time. Didn't they bother to check or were they being openly ignorant? Another occasion, I listened in the wait area as another unhappy customer complained that they had to take his car back in because they didn't replace the oil with the oil they requested. Also, the friend who initially referred me said he would not take his car back due to some pretty major issues he had with them as well. I recently needed some work done for what I thought might be alignment or to rotate and balance. They told me, it's not alignment (before checking it) and said it was a r/b issue. After the work done, I drove it on the highway to test it and it was worse than ever. Brought it back and they told me the calibration was zero (in other words, what I said can't be true), "no one else reporting problems..." but oh, by the way, the guy is coming tomorrow to check the machine. I had to bring the car back a week later, they rechecked, redid it because the machine indeed was off, thankfully no charge this time. The next day I noticed they put a lot of weights on all of the tires (a bit overkill or just don't know how to rebalance?). Thought it was ok but guess what, started to really shake again at high speeds. And lastly, a minor issue but nevertheless, they say they will call when the car is ready. They never do. I really hoped these guys would be all that they advertise, hoped they would succeed, but unfortunately will be taking my business elsewhere. Beware, they have been cheap but not honest and they are not reliable good mechanics.

My mom recommended the shop to my girlfriend and I. Took my girlfriends car in and got them to do a general check-up. They addressed all of her concerns, and consulted with her prior to performing any expensive repairs, including giving a candid assessment of the relative urgency of the repairs needed. All the quotes were reasonable, and they performed the requested repairs to the CV joint and the serpentine belt in a timely fashion, and exactly on their initial estimate.

They did a great job! I will definitely use Nob Hill Complete Auto & AC Service again.

I visited several auto shops around Albuquerque to inquire about installing my suspension parts. They were the most friendly of them all and they charged reasonable labor to install parts. Convenient location at Lomas/Washington was a huge plus. I plan to bring my other car in for service.

It went very well, and in fact, the first time I went there, a co-worker was dropping off her car, too.

I brought the Jeep in without an appointment. They offered my a courtesy ride back to my house (which I didn't need.) Even though they were busy, they went to work on it within two hours of my dropping it off. Once they determined what the problem was, they honored my extended warantee and made all the phone calls to make sure the parts and labor were covered (I purchased a new thermostat - just to upgrade the whole system.) The job was finished by the next afternoon. My car came back clean and fixed. (It's been a few days now and its running good as new.) I have already made another appointment to bring in my other car for its 40,000 mile check up.

I brought in my vehicle that the dealership service department said had a bent wheel that they claimed needed replacing (@$300+). The Nob Hill gentlemen checked it out--the wheel has a slight bump, and moving it to the rear and balancing it correctly (it was WAY off--again thanks to the dealer!) fixes the issue. At Nob Hill Auto, I was treated with respect and kindness, given very complete, comprehensible explanations and prompt service. They declined to charge me for the work, and just asked that I return to them the next time I need car service. I will most certainly do that.

The work was performed and my car was ready to go before the estimated completion time. The new clutch works great. In short the work was performed in a very professional manor, in the time promised, and at the price promised. Great shop and great people!!
