+ -1 moreIt has all of the equipment for rehabilitation. They have equipment that monitors your heart from a distance, so if anything happens they would know immediately. They prescribe a program and I think it's for six weeks. New Heart Center for Wellness is probably the best thing that could happen to a heart patient when you're trying to get back on your feet. It's wonderful.
Description of Work: I had a heart attack and had a stent placed. I went to New Heart Center for Wellness for rehabilitation to have good balance and be able to do a little bit of general exercise and motor ability.

+ -1 moreThey have various exercise-type classes and yoga, but I don’t know if they offer aerobics. I don’t use any of those. They don’t have water aerobics. It’s a very positive and supportive community and it’s nonjudgmental. The assistance provided by the exercise staff is very helpful. They are very understanding and helpful. They are very flexible to work with me as an individual.
Description of Work: I go to New Heart Center for Wellness for fitness training and was there yesterday. I use the gym.
